Diese frisch renovierte, ruhige Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen besticht durch ihre einzigartige Lage direkt an der Schlei - und ist trotzdem zentral gelegen. Vom Wohnzimmer (mit Panoramafenster) geht die Loggia (mit Markise) ab, auf der Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Schlei und die Schleibrücke genießen können. In die Innenstadt (Fußgängerzone) sind es zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten. Wir vermieten ausschließlich nur an absolute Nichtraucher (auch nicht auf der Loggia!) und ohne Haustiere!

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Zauberhafte Fischerkate in Maasholm, Wohnung "Luv"

Im Ortskern von Maasholm Dorf steht eines der ältesten Häuser (ca 1728 erbaut). Zwei Jahre wurde es restauriert und kombiniert jetzt den Charme der historischen Fischerkate mit modernem Komfort. Dabei entstanden zwei Maisonettwohnungen mit viel Privatsphäre und Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Erdgeschoss besticht mit seiner charakteristischen, sichtbaren Holzdecke (2 Meter bis 2,2 Meter) und hellen, freundlichen Räumen. Das Obergeschoss wurde "luftig" bis zum Dachfirst geöffnet.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.
