Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Cozy apartment with sauna by the Steinhuder Meer

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Vacation home / fitter's apartment

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is about 3 km away from Walsrode. This includes the world's largest bird park. We are in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. This has many opportunities for recreation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn includes, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also only 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside.

Charming basement apartment

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

At the berry farmer

The apartment (ground floor) is located in the countryside on the edge of an idyllic village in the Aller-Leine valley, on a berry fruit farm. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi, carport. In a few km you can reach shopping facilities, train station, amusement parks (Serengetipark, Heidepark Soltau, Weltvogelpark). Extensive cycling, walking and riding trails are at the front door.

Vacation apartment on the farm

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. Since it is an apartment in the countryside, there are of course also some flies and mosquitoes. A bottle of mosquito spray is therefore not a bad companion.

Lovely apartment with large garden on the outskirts

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.
