Very nice wooden hut with a small pond in the back. Matthias was super friendly and communicative! The location is great for exploring the surroundings. Quiet location, beautiful surroundings and with a small wellness area, it simply has a feel-good character! Would come back anytime

We had a very nice time in Matthias‘ log cabin. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with everything you need. Matthias explained everything to us very well (heating with wood stove, sauna, etc.) and was also very quickly accessible and accommodating for questions. We highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to have a quiet, relaxing time. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great weekend in Olivier's mayen! The renovation of the mayens was done with great respect for the original construction, while bringing the quality of contemporary architecture to the interior. The environment is very peaceful for a relaxing weekend, with beautiful hikes to do around. We'll be happy to go back!

Had a lovely new year’s weekend at Chalet Oz. Super location close to Rigi. The place is very cozy and had everything we needed! Karen and Philipp are great hosts who gave clear instructions. Would recommend!

We can only agree with the positive reviews. The views from the terrace are stunning and we couldn't get enough. The accommodation is cozy, with comfortable beds and great amenities in the kitchen. We took beautiful little hikes directly from Vallemiola. Enza is a very friendly and accommodating host, although we did not meet her in person. We highly recommend the stay!

There were four of us with our two children in this beautiful cottage and we really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is very clean and well maintained, and everything was neatly prepared when we arrived. The contact with the landlords was great – very friendly and helpful. The surroundings with the mountains are simply fantastic and perfect for families. The view was stunning! Also, the way from the parking to the hut (only about 10 minutes walk) was not a problem. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time!

This cozy mountain cabin was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. With extremely beautiful views that melts my heart, gave me the quiet moments I needed to recharge. The cabin is very well maintained and has everything you need to feel like at home. Thank you Michelle for everything and we hope we can come back soon in this lovely place.

We felt very comfortable. Anna was always available for questions. Check-in and check-out were great through the hotel next door. Everything very clean, beautifully modern and with attention to detail... quiet surroundings, supermarket, bakery within 15 minutes' walk. Also 5 minutes away is a very delicious cheese factory. Excursion destinations such as Lugano, Locarno, Como, Ascona and even Milan are less than 2 hours away. Passageways were also easy to drive in winter.

Spectacular location and space! Roberta was a top notch host and was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The house is located in the perfect setting as very easy to get around by bus as well as centrally located to the BoBosco trail system. The house has everything and more that you would need for a night or a week! My suggestions to future travelers would be to grab your groceries in Tenero before coming up the Valley as the local store, while really wonderful, was not very big. Thank you Roberta for a wonderful stay! Grazie!

Marc is a fantastic host. The accommodation is a typical Swiss mountain hut with tradition, which we really liked. The arrival was comfortable, the cabin is easy to reach. Thanks Marc, we will be happy to come back.

A rustic with top quality. Not too much and not too little. Tastefully and stylishly furnished. We felt SUPER comfortable. Unfortunately, the stay was too short ....... but we will come back 100%. Bravo Fabio!

We had a great stay at Renata's chalet. The house is lovely, very very clean, everything seems new and is well kept. It was cozy and warm. Views from the balcony are fantastic. The house fits well 5 people, 2 in the top bedroom, 1 in the single room, and 2 on the couch in the living room. The location worked out perfectly for us. The house is about half way between the ski resorts of Macugnaga and Domobianca. The first day we went to Macugnaga, which is a lovely town but had icy slopes on that specific time. The next day we opted then for Domobianca, which had instead beautiful snow at that time. All in all, a beautiful stay - great also for those that like walking in nature rather than skiing (there are paths starting right from the house). Also worth mentioning a great restaurant that makes excellent pizza 10 minutes away by car, called "Concordia".

Lucile's cabin is the perfect place when you want calm and stunning surroundings. I really loved it. Lucile and Ivan a great hosts. Thank you 🙂

Perfect place to disconnect from reality! We were 2 adult with our 3 kids (8,6,2 months). The big kids played all day outside (there are swings and a lot of space to run around). They were not bored one second, always exploring the beautiful nature. Inside the house everything was very clean and nothing was missing. We had really everything we needed. Make sure you do the shopping ahead so you do not have to go down again (35 min one way).

Il Picchio is a beautiful chalet. Comfortable beds for 7. Excellent shower. Spacious living room. Francesca is the perfect host: made great suggestions of restaurants, festivals and even a hiking guide! You have to hike Alpe Veglia! Stunning. Lake Orta is a beautiful lake and Orta San Giulio is a gem of a lakeside village. We highly recommend Il Picchio. We will be back!

The place is wonderful in all aspects. Fortunately, we have tire chains and are experienced with driving on small mountain roads in the winter. So, we could make the 15 minute climb/decent from/to Varzo village. We somehow assumed, and perhaps missed the communication that the cabin is not in Varzo. It is in a very peaceful and beautiful alpine area above Varzo. The Internet did not work, which was a blessing -- as the location beckoned peace and enjoyment of creation, not screens.

We had a great time staying at the place. The view and location was beautiful. Daniele is very friendly. He picked us up and helped us with the luggage, as our car did not come up the mountain.

Beautiful, cozy and pleasant house with the right amenities. Tastefully decorated while retaining old and characteristic elements. Very nice to stay in. The house is part of a small village. With beautiful little streets. It's super quiet. You sometimes feel like you're alone in the world. The Antrona valley is beautiful and has overwhelming nature. You can enjoy hiking there. We have always experienced the routes as challenging. In short, a recommendation for those who seek peace, want to enjoy nature and want to relax through exercise.
