We had a magical stay at Patrizia and Gigi’s. Thanks to them we lived a very special experience in an absolute breathtaking location. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the amenities and outdoor spaces are really nice. The hosts were very friendly, proactive and accommodating, yet we still enjoyed a lot of privacy and quiet.

We had a very nice time in Matthias‘ log cabin. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with everything you need. Matthias explained everything to us very well (heating with wood stove, sauna, etc.) and was also very quickly accessible and accommodating for questions. We highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to have a quiet, relaxing time. We will be happy to come back!

For our holiday with children, the stay at Chalet Simona was just right: peace and quiet, a beautiful view in a pleasant atmosphere and a large garden where the children could play. For swimming trips, the lake is not far away and the hikes can start right at your doorstep depending on the running mood. We were received very kindly by Simona. She showed us the apartment as well as the entire complex and was always quickly available in case of questions. We felt very comfortable and we will be happy to be a guest at Simona's again.

It was just right for a little getaway. I was able to recharge super; the surroundings and the house were a dream. I felt very comfortable right away. The accommodation including the surroundings is great! Sauna, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen are very clean and well maintained. Freely available coffee and fruit reflect the mindfulness of the host Matthias. If you have any questions or requests, it is always ensured that a contact person can be reached on-site or by text message.

We had a great weekend in Olivier's mayen! The renovation of the mayens was done with great respect for the original construction, while bringing the quality of contemporary architecture to the interior. The environment is very peaceful for a relaxing weekend, with beautiful hikes to do around. We'll be happy to go back!

We can only agree with the positive reviews. The views from the terrace are stunning and we couldn't get enough. The accommodation is cozy, with comfortable beds and great amenities in the kitchen. We took beautiful little hikes directly from Vallemiola. Enza is a very friendly and accommodating host, although we did not meet her in person. We highly recommend the stay!

Our stay at Alp Arami was fantastically beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for and booked. The place was as described: quiet, clean, well equipped (except for frying pan and kitchen knife) and everything worked smoothly. The surroundings are simply magical! Forests, mountains and the soothing sound of cowbells. Perfect for hiking, switching off and relaxing. The journey is a bit adventurous but absolutely feasible for experienced drivers. From the parking lot, a 500 m footpath leads uphill to the Rusticco. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. Jana was a wonderful host! Warm, attentive and helpful. You can feel how much joy and love she cultivates and enlivens this special place! We would have loved to stay and will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable. Anna was always available for questions. Check-in and check-out were great through the hotel next door. Everything very clean, beautifully modern and with attention to detail... quiet surroundings, supermarket, bakery within 15 minutes' walk. Also 5 minutes away is a very delicious cheese factory. Excursion destinations such as Lugano, Locarno, Como, Ascona and even Milan are less than 2 hours away. Passageways were also easy to drive in winter.

This cozy mountain cabin was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. With extremely beautiful views that melts my heart, gave me the quiet moments I needed to recharge. The cabin is very well maintained and has everything you need to feel like at home. Thank you Michelle for everything and we hope we can come back soon in this lovely place.

Spectacular location and space! Roberta was a top notch host and was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The house is located in the perfect setting as very easy to get around by bus as well as centrally located to the BoBosco trail system. The house has everything and more that you would need for a night or a week! My suggestions to future travelers would be to grab your groceries in Tenero before coming up the Valley as the local store, while really wonderful, was not very big. Thank you Roberta for a wonderful stay! Grazie!

Perfect place to disconnect from reality! We were 2 adult with our 3 kids (8,6,2 months). The big kids played all day outside (there are swings and a lot of space to run around). They were not bored one second, always exploring the beautiful nature. Inside the house everything was very clean and nothing was missing. We had really everything we needed. Make sure you do the shopping ahead so you do not have to go down again (35 min one way).

the place is ENCHANTING; it feels like going back in time, in fact, to stop the hustle and bustle of these chaotic and difficult days for a while. The cabin is perfectly tidy with everything you need for a peaceful stay. A special thank you to Mrs. Maggiorina for her hospitality, tips and stories about the pasture.

The place is wonderful in all aspects. Fortunately, we have tire chains and are experienced with driving on small mountain roads in the winter. So, we could make the 15 minute climb/decent from/to Varzo village. We somehow assumed, and perhaps missed the communication that the cabin is not in Varzo. It is in a very peaceful and beautiful alpine area above Varzo. The Internet did not work, which was a blessing -- as the location beckoned peace and enjoyment of creation, not screens.

The house is in a perfect, quiet location, close to many walks, on foot you can reach many really nice places like the horrors. The interior of the house, all made of wood, is very nice. If you love tranquility, it is the perfect place. I needed Alberto for information and he was ready and accurate. We had a quiet and very relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful holiday. We actually didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. The view is unique and this tranquility is really great. Everything went great ☺️

Great place to stay for some peace and quiet. Very rustic feeling. Also be ready for some improvisation since electricity isn‘t guaranteed and you may need to improvise a fridge to keep food cold or have dinner in the company of a cozy gas light. All in all a great place to stay and Maru was super friendly and helpful

Our vacation at Roberto's place couldn't have been better! An absolute dream of a house that was furnished with an incredible amount of attention to detail and yet not a bit overcrowded but practical and cozy. There is absolutely nothing missing, starting with the beautiful views of the lakes and the hiking trails all around, up to the seating right around the cabin and not to mention the spring right next door, which provides you with refreshing drinking water. Even in rainy weather, you can fully enjoy your stay. Very helpful and friendly without being intrusive, the host made it possible for us to have a perfect time by discreetly checking that everything was okay and also surprising us with fresh eggs from his chickens and ingredients for spaghetti carbonara. All in all a wonderful time - we'll be back for sure!
