Can't say enough about how great the stay was. Everything is delivered with the hope you'll have a 5* stay. Hot tub is clean and works well, Kitchen has everything you could need. Bed is comfortable. Having the serenity of the lake out front and the farm view in the back was brilliant combination. First night we stayed in, used the log burner and relaxed. Next day we walked to the Black Rabbit pub (2.5 hours each way) past Arundel. We will be back at Choller for sure!

Fabulous location for exploring Bosham, and the property is beautifully presented. The courtyard overlooking the Mill stream is totally unique and added a memorable aspect to our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Deborah is a fantastic host (staying connected and communicating before, during and after our stay). Deborah provided such thoughtful touches to help us settle in too. The location is absolutely perfect - right next to the beach, parking, promenade and pub! We are very thankful to Deborah for letting us stay in her wonderful beach house and look forward to visiting again soon :)

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless — definitely 5 stars for cleanliness. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything about the stay was just great overall. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Wonderful house The host dean Added some really lovely touches as it was Easter He left everyone an chocolate egg and even a birthday cake for my grandson Couldn’t fault our stay Coffee pods and flavoured tea added bonus as weather was a bit chilly the games room was a kit with the kids Would definitely make another visit

Great spot, just a short walk to the sea and loads of parking spaces! The place is compact but really nice and it has everything we needed for our overnight stay. There were lots of clear instructions so that we could easily get access, and Catherine was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when I had to message her about something!

A hidden gem. This was the perfect spot for exploring the nature reserves and beaches nearby. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was tiny but remarkably well kitted out. We will definitely be back.
