The place is beautiful and quiet. If you want to stay in a peaceful environment this is a perfect spot. The host Akshay ji is very friendly and accomodating. Our chef Tara bhai and the caretaker dheeraj bhai were amazing and not forgetting the food. It was fresh and very delicious. They helped us with bonfire one night. It was hard to say goodbye to this hidden gem. I have created a best memories before flying back to Australia. Thank you for this amazing experience. Will be returning for sure.

A great place. Just what we wanted. The cottage - is not very old. Yet it is built in local fashion with local materials but with all modern 'living amenities' as listed. In keeping with the mountain terrain it is built at 'levels. 'Full of knick knacks, a fire place & so on.... All this gives it a very cosy , yet rustic feel, very authentic & lovable. The cottage does not have a 'living room', but that is compensated by the large verandah overlooking the property. Grand views all day. the owners were present in their other house on the property. Very friendly yet not intrusive. One does not expect such help full caretakers in a airbnb. The caretaker cum househelp cum handyman Mr. Bobby Singh who is on hand 24/7 is a gem. he cleans, cooks, advises(if asked). Plus there is Mr. Anand Singh who takes care of the 'grounds' of the property, who helps in procuring groceries & stuff. Two people to help !!! Almost like a serviced resort . Chirping Chidya was a great experience. very tastefull done by the owners, keeping in mind tiny comforts (foldable chairs, heated mattresses..) incredible library 😍 Deepu Bhaiya the caretaker was very sweet and open to making our stay memorable. There was a bit of a confusion between who is the host, owner and caretaker and who would be coordinating with us. besides that true to the name there were lots of birds chirping away and Himalayas visible on a clear day. Since, it was during Holi and we failed to confirm our food plans, it became a bit difficult to arrange for a last minute cook - hence I would recommend you to plan in advance. p.s. close to the property there are some houses being constructed which was noisy and pity considering everything else was so quiet.

Great stay with amazing views from the room. Room comes with a kitchnette and the caretaker can cook food as well on request. Host is responsive and available to resolve any concern. would definitely visit again.
