We had a lovely break in Saltburn but Peter’s place absolutely made it for us. Even though it is a huge apartment, it felt cosy. The beds were so comfortable. And a well equipped kitchen. We loved enjoying a morning coffee taking in the view, and my nephew enjoyed beating everyone at air hockey! Highly recommend Peter’s accommodation, and we’ll definitely be back.

We have family in the area, but have never stayed in Yarm. What a delight! There’s an old Norman church up an adjacent footpath, next to a pub serving delicious Thai food. There are footpaths along the Tees, with a large park on the Eaglescliffe side. Restaurants abound, and the energy is palpable. A real treat!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place is beautifully decorated with so much character—stylish, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Amazing hosts went above and beyond our expectations when celebrating our best pals 25th ! They decorated the whole place for her and made it a really special experience will definitely be back ! Brian and Jennifer are the warmest people you will meet and welcomed our wee sausage dog into the garden !

My partner and I had a great time staying at Debra’s place in Seaham! Exactly as described in the listing, the apartment was spotless and well presented, left us wanting for nothing. Debra was a great host, suggesting different local restaurants and points of interest. Ashoka Indian and The Lamp Room are both well worth a visit on the sea front. We booked Phil’s place for the weekend as we had a event to attend. We were a group of 12, mixture of ages from 6 - 40. From the moment of booking Phil was great with communicating everything and asking if it was a special occasion we was staying for. The house was as described, and plenty of games and space for the kids to run around and keep occupied. Lovely touch was having the fire pit which was set up and ready to go when we arrived. we have stayed in a few Airbnb and to walk into this house and find the table decorated and the fridge/freezer stocked with food and drinks was one of the nicest surprises. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if we were back in the area.

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and I must say it was a very positive experience. The house was lovely, clean and well equipped , and the welcome pack was much appreciated. I am disabled and The option to lend a wheelchair / shower chair etc is a really useful touch. The house is a credit to you, and I we will definitely use Airbnb again . Lucy made me and my two sons Joshua and Oliver feel right at home in her cute pink house in Durham. From the welcome to the pink house chalkboard, to the friendly and responsive instructions, we felt like we were in a 'home away from home'. The Pink House is within walking distance to picturesque Durham and the magnificent Durham Cathedral. We highly recommend this place to stay.

What a great property this place is. We had a lovely stay with all the comfort you can expect, like home from home. The property is immaculately clean, very comfortable beds. Loads of beaches and places to visit nearby and the property is within minutes to walk to bars, restaurants/ pubs, supermarket. A great location Rees is lovely and very attentive to ensure you have a great stay. Thank you so much for having us.

Lovely place and was clean+smelt nice upon entering, hosts were fast at replying and attended to all questions asked. The stairs are a little crazy and definitely different but made staying there funnier - only thing I would say that was a negative about the whole thing was the wobbly stair railing but besides from that a nice quiet area with a cosy hot tub. Thanks guys!

Was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the area was and only 5 minutes walk to a little shop. Matthew was a great host and very helpful. The house was roomy and everything you could need was provided, lovely white fluffy towels were an unexpected bonus and appreciated. The hosts have really thought about their guests and have done their best for a very reasonable cost to make a pleasant stay.

A smart, modern apartment, very well equipped, walkable to the local bars, pubs and shops. Cannot complain.

Very comfortable with quality furnishings and exceptionally clean and tidy - absolutely warrants a description of Immaculate. Allocated under cover parking space was very good. Enjoyed interesting walks round Richmond; the Castle, for its incredible views and the Green Howards Museum, for its intriguing content, were most enjoyable. The nearby Fleece (hotel) was our choice as the best evening meal of our stay. All in all, a really fab place to stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this spacious flat. It was absolutely spotless and well equipped. The check in was quick and easy. Neil was very quick to respond to our query during our stay. It was so close to the Metro too so getting into town was really quick. So close to the supermarkets too. Can’t fault it! Definitely recommend! Thanks Neil

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

The apartment was a perfect place to stay to go to a local wedding and also to discover the surrounding areas. It was very clean, well equipped and homely. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and we would definitely return there if we were in the area again. There are quite a few steps up to the two floors which didn't bother us but some people may find them difficult. Communication was great with lots of local suggestions and recommendations. Directions and instructions about the apartment were great Check in and check out was very easy. There was no downside to the apartment but unfortunately the recommended pub across the road was rather disappointing. The young barmaid was more interested in her phone and talking to a young male customer than serving drinks. A large red transit van was parked in our reserved parking space one evening but we just parked in an unmarked space overnight instead, so it wasn't a problem. We had a lovely meal at the Fox Hole in Priestbridge.

We booked this apartment for a central location with good parking nearby. Leslie is an amazing host and responded really well to any q’s we had The flat is well furnished and very comfortable it has everything you need & has lots of added extras, beautiful toiletries, plenty of towels, tea/coffee etc and milk in the fridge We all enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend this flat. We walked everywhere as it’s all on your doorstep Thanks for a wonderful stay

Karen's place was just what we were looking for. Just a few minutes walk to the city centre. It was peaceful and quiet, very clean and fully equipped with tea, coffee and milk and also toiletries. The place was very comfortable and safe. We also had a parking space in the garage which was perfect. Karen was an amazing host, met us on the day of the check in and explained everything to us. She was very helpful and super nice 😊 All in all a very great stay, we definitely recommend and we will rebook when we visit Newcastle again ☺️
