Situated just 20 minutes from Des Moines airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Des Moines, you will be able to experience the quiet and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

Thank you for looking at Windy Pines Suite. This spacious one bedroom/one bathroom suite has a large kitchen/living room; and is perfect for travelers. It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Jayme's home was very well decorated and extremely well equipped. From the kitchen down to the basement. The extra space and bathroom down there were an added benefit for the group of five that stayed there. The outdoor space , while we only got to use it for a few hours due to weather was very cute. Decorative lights, nice gardening really made you feel like you are at home. She gave us great recommendations of local places if we needed it. If I am ever in Indianola again, I would most certainly stay here. Thank you for everything.

I satyed at Mark's place again while I was in town for work. He's always responsive, his house is lovely and the neaghborhood is the quintessential midwest, upper-middle class neighborhood. Very safe and beautiful, tree-lined streets. Looking forward to staying there again when I'm in town the next time.

Jeff's home is a cozy, super clean, and convenient nook! We really appreciated Jeff's helpful correspondence, warm welcome (eg, extra waters over really hot days), and ease of stay. Although the area surrounding the home is loud with a street and airport, Jeff has made the home as quiet and peaceful as possible. It is surrounded by pockets of green space and off the street just enough where we didn't even notice the street noise. Super convenient to the airport, and bringing some ear plugs for the airplanes (which were minimal compared to a larger city) made for great rest at night. Highly recommend!

Lovely home, Lovely neighborhood with excellent local spots within easy walking distance. The backyard is an oasis! we wish we would have had a little more time and cooler weather to enjoy it! Dat and Alan were extremely responsive, kind and helpful! We would 100% stay there again!
