We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Hill View cabin. Victoria was a great host, always quick and responsive with communication. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. We pre ordered the breakfast basket for our first morning and it was delicious. We also loved getting a coffee from Betty the Caravan and the whole atmosphere, peace and quiet was just wonderful. It was a short walk to the Hampshire Bowman pub where we had a great meal. Thank you Victoria for a wonderful stay and will most definitely be back again. Feeling very relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend a stay at Damson Hill Cottage.

Andre gave very clear instructions about the property. It was in a good location, being within a few yards of a nice play park for our daughter. It was about a half hour walk into Windsor for us with a four year old. Handy to have a small Waitrose and a Tesco so close. The road the house is on is a narrow lane that is not a through road and so parking (with a larger vehicle) to unload was not feasible, especially given that there were people trying to drive up and down the road. I would recommend unloading elsewhere for ease. There is parking on the surrounding streets and we felt the car was safe.

We had the best time! The little hut is very beautiful and the interior shows how much thought the hosts have put into it. There was nothing more we could ask for. Everything in the little home was perfectly arranged, with much attention to aesthetics and comfort. The surroundings are also beautiful and calming, looking out of the window onto the fields at sunrise and relaxing by the fire at dusk brought the feeling of serenity we so longed for a weekend. We were lucky to see the deer herds on our forest walk and to have been visited by the resident barn owl after dark! Excellent communication with the hosts, nice pubs and nature walks nearby. Perfect getaway, especially if you don’t want to travel far from London!

Stayed in Marlow for 2 nights. What a beautiful little town, but the icing on the cake was Max’s apartment. From the moment we walked in, it smelt fresh and clean, everywhere was spotless. Everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely lounge area and separate table for eating (not a fan of eating off my lap) Bed was firm and very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Lovely little area outside and I enjoyed the last of the sun one evening. All communication was fast, especially when I made a mistake with the booking dates. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again and would 100% recommend.

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

The location of this spot was perfect for us, and we thought the price was very good as well. This place sleeps 4 comfortably as it has 1 queen bed and 2 full size beds. It also has a long sofa that can be slept on but obviously not a bed. The WiFi and 2 tvs are great and have lot of the apps you will want to watch your shows. Also has a Nespresso machine with lots of pods. Lots of towels and the things you would want at an Airbnb. We loved this spot and would def stay here again, especially when the price is right.

We were two couples that stayed at Anne's apartment for a week during Christmas. The place was stunning, just as described! We made great use of Netflix and prime Video over Christmas and Boxing Day! The breakfast that was provided was soooo thoughtful and we really appreciated it! We were impressed with everything :)

Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. What a great host Nik was. He was very responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in us and our story. Nik’s studio was a lovely place to stay for a few days and very importantly for us was parking and stable wifi for working and being able to watch TV. Good central heating meant the studio remained cosy with plenty of hot water and the bed was lovely and comfortable. In warmer weather there was also a lovely private outdoor space with seating and a BBQ. In checking out Nik offered for me to stay on longer which was a real bonus and a very kind offer. Thanks Nik for being a very welcoming host and I highly recommend your studio as a lovely place to stay if you are in the area.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

: I had an amazing stay at Tom’s house! The location was perfect a 5min walk to the bus station, and the property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out.
