We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Hill View cabin. Victoria was a great host, always quick and responsive with communication. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. We pre ordered the breakfast basket for our first morning and it was delicious. We also loved getting a coffee from Betty the Caravan and the whole atmosphere, peace and quiet was just wonderful. It was a short walk to the Hampshire Bowman pub where we had a great meal. Thank you Victoria for a wonderful stay and will most definitely be back again. Feeling very relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend a stay at Damson Hill Cottage.

Andre gave very clear instructions about the property. It was in a good location, being within a few yards of a nice play park for our daughter. It was about a half hour walk into Windsor for us with a four year old. Handy to have a small Waitrose and a Tesco so close. The road the house is on is a narrow lane that is not a through road and so parking (with a larger vehicle) to unload was not feasible, especially given that there were people trying to drive up and down the road. I would recommend unloading elsewhere for ease. There is parking on the surrounding streets and we felt the car was safe.

We had the best time! The little hut is very beautiful and the interior shows how much thought the hosts have put into it. There was nothing more we could ask for. Everything in the little home was perfectly arranged, with much attention to aesthetics and comfort. The surroundings are also beautiful and calming, looking out of the window onto the fields at sunrise and relaxing by the fire at dusk brought the feeling of serenity we so longed for a weekend. We were lucky to see the deer herds on our forest walk and to have been visited by the resident barn owl after dark! Excellent communication with the hosts, nice pubs and nature walks nearby. Perfect getaway, especially if you don’t want to travel far from London!

Stayed in Marlow for 2 nights. What a beautiful little town, but the icing on the cake was Max’s apartment. From the moment we walked in, it smelt fresh and clean, everywhere was spotless. Everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely lounge area and separate table for eating (not a fan of eating off my lap) Bed was firm and very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Lovely little area outside and I enjoyed the last of the sun one evening. All communication was fast, especially when I made a mistake with the booking dates. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again and would 100% recommend.

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

Chris was a wonderful host and very responsive! The location was absolutely perfect and while there was a dedicated parking space, you don’t need a car to get around. It was a 5 minute walk to local restaurants, shops, and great coffee spots. A five minute walk to the bus stop and 10-12 minute walk to Richmond station. The flat is charming and spacious with lots of natural light and overall great vibe!

This is a very cute house in the quaint town of Cookham. Lots of lovely pubs nearby and a beautiful stretch of the Thames. Overall a lovely place with a nice garden and all the facilities you need. The only negatives were some staining on the bedding (blue paint somehow?) and an extra charge to use the number of beds advertised. They mention at the bottom of their description an additional cost for more than 8 people but it is the very last sentence of a long description. £200 to make two additional beds up seemed ridiculously over priced and was more per bed than the rest of the house. This should have been more clear, but otherwise happy with the space.

We had a lovely stay at Sabina’s place, it was perfect for two families with young children as they had a great play room, plenty of space and good-sized rooms. It was great that it had parking, and also a lovely garden where we could spend a bit of time in the sun for dinner.

Located in a beautiful village which we had a walk around after check out in the morning. Clean room with all of the essentials. Even decorated with Christmas decs which was a nice touch! Comfortable bed, and also access to Netflix was a perk. A great stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The place is very pretty and matched the photos well, the only thing is the sofas are a little smaller than expected but they are great quality. You can tell a lot of effort has been put into the property design which is nice to see. On our first day the cleaners didn’t clean the place thoroughly enough which was not the best but Gbolahan was very responsive when contacted and was quick to resolve any issues which I really appreciated. The instructions to access the property were extremely clear and helped with ease when checking in. The parking bay is helpful. The bathrooms are lovely and very comfortable and the kitchen is amazing. The air fryer was a great addition. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and wanted to stay longer. It is a very homely environment and there is no noise so it is very peaceful. One thing I would mention is that the blinds let a lot of light through in the morning so it won’t stay dark and there is no natural light in the twin bedroom.

Just returned from a lovely stay at little cob barn - Situated in an idyllic village within 1 mins walk from the crook and shears pub which serves lovely food and the staff are super friendly. Jo is a very friendly on hand host and her response time is excellent! The barn itself is very rustic and quaint with all the amenities you need for a couple! The area itself is lovely with pubs in the doorstep and lovely walks - would highly recommend Stockbridge down walk with the dogs! The village of goodworth clatford is a mile walk along the country road that has 2 lovely pubs which serve great food and are very friendly All in all had a wonderful break at little Cob barn - thank you Jo xx

Great place, ideal for a family occasion or get away with friends with a large garden for the kids to enjoy. Beautiful quiet house and perfect base to explore the area. Only thing to keep in mind is that the hot water can run out if there is a large group of you but manageable with slightly shorter showers. Would definitely recommend.

The location of this spot was perfect for us, and we thought the price was very good as well. This place sleeps 4 comfortably as it has 1 queen bed and 2 full size beds. It also has a long sofa that can be slept on but obviously not a bed. The WiFi and 2 tvs are great and have lot of the apps you will want to watch your shows. Also has a Nespresso machine with lots of pods. Lots of towels and the things you would want at an Airbnb. We loved this spot and would def stay here again, especially when the price is right.

Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. What a great host Nik was. He was very responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in us and our story. Nik’s studio was a lovely place to stay for a few days and very importantly for us was parking and stable wifi for working and being able to watch TV. Good central heating meant the studio remained cosy with plenty of hot water and the bed was lovely and comfortable. In warmer weather there was also a lovely private outdoor space with seating and a BBQ. In checking out Nik offered for me to stay on longer which was a real bonus and a very kind offer. Thanks Nik for being a very welcoming host and I highly recommend your studio as a lovely place to stay if you are in the area.

Very well-appointed and pristine first-floor apartment. Perfect base for getting into London (West End or City/Barbican) via Elizabeth Line only 1hr on new, clean trains. Station is about 8 mins easy walk away. Honestly it's way better than anywhere nearby that I used to commute from! It's outside the town centre, just off the beaten track, yet incredibly quiet and no train noise which is amazing considering how close it is. Parking right outside the front door (off street) and easy access up to the apartment. Everything needed was in there and new/spotlessly clean. Absolute bargain for two couples / two night stay. Will definitely use again for a London trip. Host was superb - very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Greeted us at front door, good with directions and questions etc plus kindly posted back a forgotten phone charging cable! One of the best places we've stayed in and have already recommended to other friends.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

: I had an amazing stay at Tom’s house! The location was perfect a 5min walk to the bus station, and the property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience and will definitely be back in the future!
