The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

Approximately 4 meters above the ground, surrounded by green leaves, you can only feel comfortable. A day in the tree house (without the luxury of everyday life) slows you down incredibly. You shouldn't expect luxury, but rather an adventure and the challenge of getting by with little. With stick bread by the campfire and an evening view from the tree house into the starry sky, you can escape everyday life.

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.
