We rent out an annex/skipper's room that is located as a side building to the main house. Separate with private entrance and patio. Good standard with kitchen, bathroom, vestibule, living room and sleeping loft. Direct exit to sunny patio/garden with seating area, sunbeds and gas grill. Quiet and peaceful villa area with 300 m to the lake with great swimming areas, marina and the beautiful archipelago in Færder National Park. Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.

It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love.
