Completely newly built in mid-2017 in a spacious detached house, it invites you to relaxing vacation days directly at the local recreation area or to a Hamburg vacation, because the transport connections to the city of Hamburg are very good by car as well as by bus and train. The accommodation for up to 4 people is located in the best, very quiet residential area on the first floor of a large single-family house. I live in the same house. As a host in the best sense, we are available day and night and will be happy to help with questions and problems. Is something missing from the accommodation? Anything not to your satisfaction? The completely newly built accommodation consists of a small bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet, spacious shower, washer-dryer and a small living area with additional sofa bed and open kitchen. Access to the private, small terrace is possible both via the living area and the bedroom. Bicycles can be provided by arrangement for a small fee. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Old-build charms with modern hotel-like amenities, improved soundproofing and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular Sternschanze district. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg.
