The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can take a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.
