Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Om vinteren finner to ulike skianlegg bare 15 minutter unna leiligheten; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” og “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.
