Nous avons adoré notre nuit dans ce logement. Très paisible, personnel accueillant et arrangeant. Ils nous ont aidé à louer un van. Nous aurions aimé rester encore!

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Rui’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.

超棒的一次入住体验，小区位置便利环境超好，房间干净整洁，房东贴心周到，在清迈给了很大帮助。所有民宿体验中最棒的一次，下次到清迈还会选择入住。

离宁曼1号步行5分钟路程，周边有很多按摩吃饭的local小店，地理位置很不错，离机场15分钟车程。房间里的设施都很不错，空调冰箱咖啡机等都是很好的品牌。房间和图片一致，卫生间略微有点小，次卧卫生间冲水主卧会听的很清楚。总体还是很不错的，电视有Netflix。冬季的蚊子不多，反正房间里没有。

Mis à part la salle de fitness dont les équipements sont en hors d’usage, la maison est grande, bien équipée, bien entretenue, c’était un plaisir d’y séjourner.

Great place, lots of room, all the bedrooms are large nice clean and modern would love to stay again would recommend the beds were super comfy and the linen smelt soo good

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

Thanks Gali and Fatima’s hospitality! They are always responsive to our needs! The villa is really new and comfortable!! Big enough to house 3 families with adequate beds and bathroom! The kids enjoy the pool a lot! The shallow part is safe for my 2-year-old to play while the deeper part js like 130cm deep? Nice food, coffee shops and massage nearby right outside. 7-11 is just 1 min away. Safe neighbourhood! Will surely be back when we come to Chiang Mai again!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

One of the best locations, very kind and helpful hosts. Plan a longer stay, as the villa has so many amenities - we didn’t have time to use everything. Bikes, swimming pool, billiard, barbecue etc. Villa very clean and pleasantly odored.

房子🏠高出我们的预期，干净整洁温馨，卧室明亮宽敞，每间房带独立卫生间，安静雅致，客厅足够大，厨房是敞开式的，餐具齐全，厨具一应俱全，做十几个人的饭食也很便利，还配置了洗衣，晾衣服设备，外出游玩回到，闲暇之余，在院子里喝喝茶，聊聊天，或者下水游泳玩水，也很不错，是朋友们度假聚会的好选择。

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

Magnifique maison de ville, piscine très agréable, à l’ombre et au soleil, patio extérieur génial pour l’apéritif ou le petit déjeuner. Les espaces sont vastes et à l’intérieur permettent d’accueillir un groupe. Autour de la piscine, deux transats seulement, mais des fauteuils répartis sur une petite terrasse en hauteur ainsi qu’un salon extérieur. La communication avec Fatima était absolument parfaite ! Proactive dans ses propositions d’adresses, réactive à chacun de mes messages, et très arrangeante pour mes demandes de dépôt de bagages tôt le matin dès notre arrivée. Le personnel de nettoyage est également très accueillant et charmant. Je recommande fortement cette belle adresse !
