Vacation rentals with a patio in Hang Dong District

Favorite stay in Nimman area and a great place to stay, close to the restaurants, cafes. malls and a short drive to the mountains. Excellent apartment.

Definitely one of the best accommodations we have stayed in Thailand. Very close to the airport and convenient for getting around the area. Excellent Wi-Fi and very clear check-in instructions. Fast and immediate communication with the host. I would happily stay here again.

Lovely & cozy place right in the middle of the city. Walking distance to all good restaurants and landmarks. Super clean and accommodating. Attentive hosts who make sure our stay is perfect! Highly recommended and will definitely return for a longer stay! Thank you 🙏 from very satisfied guests.

Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

Great communication, flexible while helping and a really nice apartment. Quite silent and everything nearby by feet.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Prisana's is a great host, helpful and communicated very quickly when we had a query. The house is beautiful as is the outside space. Once you have accustomed yourself to the surrounding area it's a joy to live in such a wonderful place, full of everything you could want or need. To reach the city and all that has to offer is easy using local taxi's from an app such as 'Grab'. If you had any questions or need advise Prisana answers your questions very quickly, she also sends messages with local activities / festivals etc that are taking place. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to return again myself, thank you so much Prisana, you have a wonderful property in a wonderful location.

Had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The entire team that manages the property was so responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. There were plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool and lawn area were great with kids! The only note I would make is that I felt either a car or motorbike was absolutely necessary. There is a 7-eleven, pharmacy, and restaurant somewhat nearby, but the road is narrow and no sidewalk with the cars zooming by. It was doable but not encouraging for an everyday walk, especially if the weather wasn’t cooperating.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

The overall place is very comfortable and as clean as new. The furnishings and supplies have no strange odors. It’s very close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the living environment is quite pleasant. The air conditioning is sufficient. The only downside is that the shower head has low water pressure, which may require a bit more time. When issues arose, the landlord responded quickly. They were able to resolve household problems on the same day, and I am very grateful for their service.

Parking at the mall nearby, only couple minutes walk and 100฿ fee. The owner is very responsive and fast reply. She recommended us where to park, always pick up the phone and reply the message. The location is also great, heart of Nimman, nearby many shops, restaurant and spa. We book a room for 6 people and got the whole building. Master bedroom on 2nd floor has 1 queen bed and bunkbed, perfect for family. 3rd floor has 1 queen bed room and 1 twin bed room. And we got the whole of 3 rooms! And it was very worth the price!

The place was just what we needed to end our trip in Chiang Mai. It was clean and looked like the pictures and was within a reasonable walking distance to places we wanted to go too.

Lovely and cosy nook near Maya, Santitham and Nimman area if you like to stroll. The apartment looks and feels better than the pictures. I would definitely come back, thank you!

Great apartment on the top floor with a beautiful view and a pool just a couple of doors away. The location is very lively, with tons of cafes and bars around. The host is a true superhost — very responsive and helpful, all small issues were solved quickly thanks to great communication. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings until around midnight due to nearby bars, but overall I’m really happy with my stay. Thanks a lot!

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Very well-organized Airbnb, easy check in, everything perfectly clean and well-maintained. I asked for an air filter and Tatum provided kindly one, plus free water! I like this condo, it's got real character and is in a great location between the modern area and the old center. Highly recommended!

Gostei muito de ter ficado neste apartamento, senti me como se estivesse em casa com uma vista fantástica e a proprietária sempre mostrou se muito disponível e querida. A localização é ótima para quem gosta de uma área tranquila, cosmopolita e internacional. Espero poder voltar no futuro 🙂

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!
