I think Home 220 is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai, and maybe all of Thailand. It’s a beautiful and peaceful home in a friendly local neighbourhood. The surroundings are gorgeous – it’s like a small green paradise with so many varieties of trees and plants. Nanthiya and Khing have also cultivated a lovely living space in and outside too. Everyone mentions the birds, and that’s because the birdsong you’ll hear everyday is amazing. I counted around eight different varieties – it was really fun familiarising myself with them as I walked around in the evenings. You’ll also live next door to Khing (the co-host) and her two friendly cats Aoun and Momman. Khing is the best neighbour you could ask for, and Nanthiya is always around to help and offer advice if you should need it. I can’t wait to come back and stay with Nanthiya and Khing (my two big sisters).

The host is very friendly, responsive, the house is very clean and cozy, and prepared children's toiletries, baby dining chairs, and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The neighborhood is also very safe, quiet and tidy. I highly recommend this place when you come to Chiang Mai.

Nice, clean and safe apartments at a good, central location in the Nimman area of Chiang Mai. Great facilities like a 7-Eleven, laundry, scooter rental, and two massages all within 50 meters of the front door. Wifi is neither fast nor stable, so not suitable if you need to do work from here. Some music and noise at night from the nearby bars. Flexible check-in with the 24-7 guard house even if you arrive very late at night. Aircondition works well and having a fridge for cold drinks is appreciated.

I have stayed here many times and this time again I am impressed. The location is very good, the house is clean, the owner is very helpful, replies to messages very quickly, the convenience of a mini mart is just in front of the house, you can walk there. Thank you, I will stay again if I come to Chiang Mai.
