Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hanford

We loved staying at Paola’s cozy house - it’s full of fun touches and she clearly cares about her guests. The kids played with puzzles and swam in the pool, and we enjoyed having a functional kitchen and big, clean beds. Visalia was a great starting point for Sequioa and Kings Canyon.

We had a great stay in Porterville! Nathan was a responsive host, and the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

LOOK NO Further! This is the place you want to stay if you're looking to visit the Sequoias or you have a long term stay in town. If I could give Mike's place 10 stars I would. My husband and I stayed there with my newborn baby and 3-year old son. It was perfect for a family. We appreciated the comfort of the beds, the decorations (& themes of the rooms), the games, the welcome goodies, and I especially LOVED how everything was labeled and easy to find and navigate in the house. You can tell that Mike and Scarlett take much pride in this property and all of their airbnb listings. Visalia is an awesome town and I can't wait to go back. Don't forget to check out the Farmer's Market on a Saturday morning.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a hidden gem located close to the park entrance (approximately 45 minutes). There were some hiccups during check-in, primarily due to an error by Airbnb. Both Candi and Airbnb were very responsive in taking care of us. It's nicely suited for a family with food allergies looking to cook, as it had most of the stuff that is needed. We felt at home.

The home was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. The pickleball court was a huge plus for our family. The grill, outdoor seating, and dining areas were ideal for our family and relatives. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in Kingsburg!

It’s hard to put into words just how incredible this place is, I could write paragraphs. We use vacation rental homes a lot and this by far surpasses them all. So nice not to have to buy tp, paper towels, gbg bags, laundry & dishwasher det. and more but it’s all supplied. Beds are super comfortable, high-quality sheets and towels, and plenty of them, lots of extra blankets. Box fan in every closet, sound machine by every bed. So, so, so many extra touches beyond what I mentioned that go above and beyond. The place inside and out is both beautiful and serene. Could have happily spent a month. Only one small country store in the little town nearby so if you plan to do cooking and stay an extended time, definitely hit up a Walmart or a large grocery store before you arrive. Especially if you’re looking to get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing retreat, this is the perfect place whether you’re one couple, a family, or a group of friends. Owner should teach a class.

The house was beautiful and had so many amenities. Our family loved playing in the river and the treehouse. The shelves of books were used by many and the wooden train set a big hit with our 3 year old! The kitchen was gorgeous and the master bedroom wonderful with beautiful views and a great master bathroom. Only complaint was that it could have used more dishes and towels. We didn’t have enough towels for each of us to have 1 (there were 7 of us) and there was a shortage of dishes (only 5 big dinner plates). But other than that everything was fantastic! We also had an issue with the refrigerator and the owner solved the problem very satisfactorily.

I had an amazing stay at Lizeth’s. The place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Lizeth’s is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.

The place was amazing! My family & I enjoyed it very much. There were many activities for children to do indoors and the adults enjoyed the treadmill. ☺️ there was ample space. We would love to go back. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful private home. Great pool and hangout spots around the home, got to see the goats and the cow. Place was huge. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very attentive and responsive.

This was a great place to stay! Pam made sure that we checked in and are comfortable with our stay. She was fast in her communications. The place is big enough for a family of 4 and kids loved playing board games. The TV in living room has Netflix account so you can watch that. Kitchen is well stocked (though we did not find table salt). It is easy to buy missing items from a nearby grocery store. The Pizza Factory place is open until late; most of the restaurants close by 5 pm while some others are open until 9 pm so do check them out before you go there. Drive to Sequoia national park gate is 15 min. Overall we had a good time at Pam's place and will recommend this place!

You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape or a change of scenery close to home, I’d highly recommend this spot.
