Lars was a very nice and accommodating host. All in good order. Gladly come back.

It was just beautiful. Idyllically situated, private and quiet. A must for those who love nature. A small pond with ducks in front of the house, a chicken coop at the end of the property and not to forget the two lovely dogs Jack and Cora. Miriam really took care of everything. There was tea and coffee in the accommodation. There were enough spices for cooking and everything corresponded exactly to our expectations. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend it. ❤️

NEVER AGAIN... I will have to search for a long time to find a place to stay in Handeloh and the surrounding area. I found "my" address, the forest. With a lot of love for detail, Katrien has created a small world here in which no wishes remain unfulfilled. A well thought-out design and amenities immediately convey a special and relaxing flair. Pure nature. Not only outside, but also inside the forest.

Small very well-maintained apartment. Very nice hostess. There were two of us there to hike in the heath. The location is ideal for this. Directly on Heidschnuckenweg. About a 5-minute walk to the train station, from there the Heide Shuttle also runs. Supermarket is there as well.
