Latricia and Pete were incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and any issues that came up were promptly addressed. They were both so helpful and friendly, making our extended stay much more comfortable while we waited for our new home to be built. The place was exactly what we needed for our visit, and we had a great stay!Everything we needed was there, and was just a simple home away from home. Stores are very close by, and the neighborhood was very quiet. All of the appliances worked great, though the shower was a bit tricky. We really enjoyed Tennessee Treetops. We chose it for its proximity to charming downtown Jonesborough and Johnson City. It is a peaceful location, furnished in contemporary, cozy decor with all the necessary amenities. Micah is a wonderful host who is responsive and friendly. We would happily stay here again!

Dawn and her husband were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful, and we felt absolutely at home the entire time. The place is as described and with an outstanding deck and view of the lake. The Labrador Retrievers, Toby and Willy, greeted us every morning and became instant friends for our Labrador. We plan to return for another visit when we can take full advantage of boating and fishing on Norris Lake. One of our best Airbnb experiences and we can't give a higher recommendation for our hosts.

Jennifer’s location was great for our trip. We were there for ETSU orientation. Very convenient. The condo was spacious, clean, & well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed the stay. She had beautiful art work displayed in the house and I loved the decor. My son and I felt very safe a couple of evening we took walks in the neighborhood. Even though the place is located on a main street, it was a nice area to walk and enjoy the location.

The home was very clean upon arrival and well stocked. The neighborhood was mostly quiet. The beds were a bit firm for my liking, but otherwise everything was great. I would stay again.

This is a beautifully appointed house. My wife and I brought our 2 young grandchildren to see their dad’s College Graduation. Everything went great. The kids had fun and even though we are a bit older we had no problem with anything in this house. I highly recommend this location for anyone coming to this area.

Everything was exactly as expected! Had a weird thing with the water company forgetting to turn the water back on after they had to fix something on the street, and she had it fixed in minutes! Great place and responsive host!

We had a lovely stay at Bass cabin for my son’s graduation! The view and outdoor spaces are amazing and the home is very spacious and cozy and has everything you need. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Rose Hill house! It’s tucked away in one of the most scenic and peaceful parts of Lee County, VA. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms have king-size beds with cozy bedding, ceiling fans, and thoughtful touches like USB-equipped touch lamps and blackout shades. The living room is inviting, with comfy seating, a large Roku TV, and great lighting. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we appreciated the provided coffee and condiments. There’s a dual coffee maker with both pot and pod options—pods included! Outside, we enjoyed relaxing on the back deck while admiring the view. The covered carport area with a firepit table was a great bonus. The bathroom was clean and cute, with plenty of towels, and the washer/dryer was super convenient. A wonderful home in a beautiful area! Adeline was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Overall a great host, a great house and a great trip. a little traveling to see some amazing things and enjoy a bit of what Tennessee had to offer. The house was clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee and seasonings. plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Our only wish would have been if there was a grill we could have used on the deck for a little cookout. but that being said, it didn't take away from our stay at all. We can't wait to come back! and hopefully for a longer stay!

Maraya was very responsive and considerate. The first evening we were there I received a message from her that she had dropped off an extra blanket and left it on the porch. She also asked if we needed any cream and sugar because she forgot to check if there was any Her home was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable. We accidentally left a few things in the fridge that we intended to take with us to our seat weaving class We felt bad because we didn’t mean to leave that to her to have to clean out. She was very kind with her reply when I messaged her about it. I would highly recommend her home if you find yourself in need of a place to stay if you are in the area.

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

We had an opportunity to stay at Jennifer’s place this past weekend. I have to say she was super responsive. The place was absolutely spotless, it was a great location as well. Would stay here again when coming back to Johnson City. Response time from the host was lightning quick, we had a nice little welcome package with a snack, which was much appreciated. It matched the photos on the listing perfectly and was spotlessly clean. Wish all hosts were as excellent as Jennifer is. Highly recommend!

It was a comfortable space, enjoyed using the grill and it was as advertised!

Clean and comfortable condo by the lake. We were provided with a set of towels for each person and no extra. The bath towel wasn't even big enough to wrap around yourself. Lacked things like throw pillows or throw blankets in the living room. No condiments or amenities in the kitchen. There was a Kuerig coffee maker but no sugar or sweetener.

This is the perfect spot! We loved our stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance.
