Idyllic Country Escape in Detached Oak Annexe

We stayed for 4 nights and this place was perfect. Location wise it was right in the middle between the historical cities of Winchester and Salisbury - making it great spot for exploring. The annexe itself was clean, spacious and had everything you would need for your stay! The extra touches of some essential items like milk and bread etc were very helpful for our first night after a long drive!

The tasteful touches created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. Every detail seemed to have been considered, contributing to a truly pleasant environment. Our experience was made even better by the very pleasant host. Julia was welcoming, helpful, and ensured my sister and I had everything we needed. Cabin in the Forest

KeithRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The Cabin was in a fanatic location to explore the new forest and the communication from Tom and Lucy prior to arrival was excellent. On arrival the space was spotlessly clean and all amenities required were to a high standard. The homemade bread and beer in the fridge was a lovely touch. On arrival there was a personal note from Tom and Lucy with local recommendations and the local pubs delivered fantastic food. Communication throughout the stay and on checkout was excellent and gave us confidence on how to leave and check out. The brewery is clearly a nice place to have on your doorstep for a quiet beer when required. Overall a great stay and we will be retuning at some point.

Garden cottage in the South Downs National Park

KatrinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Garden cottage was perfect for a quiet getaway, the host was really helpful and communicative and the room itself was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and really thoughtfully done. Property was a bit difficult to find even though the instructions were great I still managed to drive past twice but thats very much because I’m useless 😂 Only downside was the tv reception was a bit intermittent but we enjoyed the terrace area with a drink and only wanted tv for some background noise in the evening. Would love to return and explore more of the area next time

Walk to West Wittering Beach | Pass The Keys

SueRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved this beautiful, well designed and peaceful annex. The sunny garden was a delight, with nectar laden flowers and a stunning wild flower patch that attracted bees and other pollinators, butterflies and birds. The outside table and chairs were in the sun for hours so we could eat breakfast outside and sit well into the evening. The bed is very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Using our netflix and BBC iPlayer logins, straightforward. A much appreciated addition was the provision of hair conditioner ( which we’ve found no longer provided in many places). We were touring on our bikes and able to store them safely in the owner’s garage. The stunning beach is a 15-20 minutes walk. Bus stops to Chichester, at the end of the road. We had such a lovely 4 nights here, we’ll come again.

Lovely annex - a home away from home

SinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was our second stay at Lynne and Andy and Just like last time we really enjoyed it! The annexe and their beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The kids loved the fish and were over the moon when Andy even set up a kiddy pool for them! Lynne and Andy are lovely hosts who have great recommendations (e.g. for a Chinese takeout on our first night when we were arriving later than expected, or for nearby farms to explore with the kids) and are always easy to get in touch with without being intrusive at all. We could even pick some lettuce from their kitchen garden for dinner! We'd love to stay at their place again and can definitely recommend staying there!

I am already planning to come back and have recommended to my friends for their short break.
