Peaceful and quiet place. Lots of things to do for kids. Will definitely come back again next year.

We loved the location of this condo and proximity to the beach. The condo was clean and worked perfectly for our family vacation.

This house was perfect for our family of 14. Everything we need was there, including items for our 15 month old. The beach area was amazing and the outdoor shower and hot tub were an added bonus.

This place is fantastic. I honestly can’t say enough about how much fun our family had here. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay this is it. Everything was just as described and extremely well thought out. The beach on the property is fantastic. The fishing on this lake is fantastic. The house itself is really beautiful with a great view of the lake. The house layout is great for people with kids and the lower level is a really cool kid hangout. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and we brought stuff we didn’t even need to because it was already here. Spices in the kitchen were a really nice touch that we really appreciated. The ice maker was also extremely nice and very much appreciated. We will be booking a return trip and staying even longer next time. The kids are still talking about how much fun they had.

It is a great location. The hot tub was wonderful. Kitchen has all that is needed for food prep. Comfortable living spaces. The house is very clean. We enjoyed being close to Manistee & Ludington. Dennis was very quick responding by phone & very helpful.

This is our second time staying here. Super clean and lots of stuff to use while at the property!. Beautiful location and quick access to the beach. Also noticed the new floors and furniture. We plan on making this our go to place to stay when in Manistee!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s beautiful place! It was a perfect spot for our three generation family…cozy places to sleep, 2 1/2 bathrooms, board games for days, space for lounging and toddler play, a great kitchen/dining area for all of our meals, great outdoor space with a hot tub, and access to the gorgeous beach. We played games, cooked meals, watched the Olympics and a movie or two, soaked in the hot tub, had great beach time, and visited nearby attractions. We’ll never forget Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo, Little Sable Point Lighthouse, and the Cherry Point Farm and Market’s beautiful flower maze. And then the beach time back at “home”….the 163 steps to the Lake were no problem for the 20 mo. old, 75 yr. old, and everyone in between! Many trips to the beach offered windy days with fantastic waves, calm days with peaceful breezes, and evening sunsets with s’mores around a campfire…doesn’t get much better! Thanks to Sandra for allowing us to make wonderful memories

Excellent communication from the host, and very helpful. House is adorable and stayed cool even when the temps started to warm up. We absolutely loved the screened in patio that overlooks the golf course. Perfect location for visiting Crystal Mountain. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you Collin!

The place is lovely and worked well for my family. The cost of a two night stay doubled w tax, cleaning fees, etc. We almost cancelled due to the final cost for two nights. Is it possible to offer short stays the option of cleaning themselves to eliminate that cost?

Very nice house with all the amenities. Lizzie is an excellent hostess and very responsive. Highly recommend using her services!

Larry and Kristin have an awesome place. For the short time we were there we were able to hit Muskegon and Silver Lake with stops in between. We even were able to go over to the public beach down the road for sunsets! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Robert was an amazing host! Very friendly, warm and made us feel right at home. The property far exceeded our expectations. It was so beautiful and felt magical. We bought our granddaughter with us, and she had the best time. We all enjoyed exploring the gorgeous gardens and walking the trails, but she particularly loved the pond teaming with wildlife and hanging out with the chickens. It was the perfect place for a reset. We can’t wait to go back.

We loved the walk to the lake and even stayed and watched a sunset one evening. There were extra little amenities that made it feel like home. It was so peaceful and we would definitely stay again.

Private location - perfect for a get-away. Cabin had everything we needed and more. Great location close to North Country Trail.

Clean, plenty of parking, house felt very homey and spacious. Host Pamela was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed riding our UTVs from the house. It’s a beautiful area to ride. And we liked being able to take our young lab along. Room to exercise outside and the tiled kitchen was perfect to set up his kennel and bed. Kitchen is well stocked and we slept well in the beds. Definitely would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chunky Monkey. Our 4 adults and 2 kids found the accomodations and amenities more than met our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and outfitted for all kinds of meals. Very large living room was great for TV watching and just visiting with everyone. The pool and club house were popular with our group too. We hope to come back soon!

As always the place is beautiful , clean and well managed. Ben is communicative and friendly as well as the staff that help out. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach with easy access to food, parks and the outdoors this is the place.

Really nice place. Internet download speeds and connection were fine for me. The upload speed was low. I was able to get 2 bars and get around 1.5 mbps upload from placing my phone on top of my vehicle and doing a hot spot. The host was great. I liked the laundry. Pool was closed. Store was closed. Bounce bag open for fun bouncing. But I didn’t do it. Showers clean. Overall. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the cabin! It was private and the dogs had an absolute blast. The cabin had a lot of the supplies we needed (pots and pans, a camp stove, etc) which was very nice! Definitely looking forward to another stay in the future.

Cute little apartment in a great location! Right by the shore and everything downtown is very walkable!

We had a great stay! Lori was very responsive and flexible with checking in/out. She was quick to respond and very helpful. The house was spotless and bathrooms were nice. The location was perfect for skiing on/off the hills! Beautiful view of the area from the house. We look forward to staying at this place again!

We loved the location and outside space at the house! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach area too! It was a great getaway to end the summer.

Cute studio Condo that was perfect for 2 people and our dog Teddy. Close walk to marina and 5th Avenue beach. With windows open could hear Lake Michigan waves along with a cool beach breeze. Close to downtown restaurants and activities. Condo had cute beach themed decor and was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!
