Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hamilton County

We were in town for a National tournament, so we were very thankful to find a nice clean place to stay that had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable, the appliances were basically brand new. It had everything we needed to feel at home.

This home was very clean, well stocked, wonderful fenced in back yard, and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Our son was playing baseball at Grand Park and it was a short 5 minute trip to the fields! The backyard was perfect for our doodles! The home was very clean and the beds were super comfy!!! The only thing we would change was the set up of the living room and maybe some more comfy living room furniture. From where the couch sits you have to turn your head to the left to see the tv and the two chairs were not much for relaxing. But all in all this house was perfect and we had a wonderful stay!

Genny’s place was superb. Parking was more than adequate for our group. Thanks so much for hosting us on such short notice. When we visit the area again, we will definitely try to stay. What a gem!

We stayed about six days in this rental in Westfield. House was just as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood and house had a few updates and was super clean when we arrived. House included all the basic amenities we needed for cooking, laundry, shower, etc. Although one suggestion would be to provide more than one roll of toilet paper. Thanks for hosting us!

Kris’s place is really special and makes for a memorable stay. I don’t know how she does it but her maximalist interior design all works perfectly together. Things are joyful and fun and you constantly discover new things. Master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was extremely clean, very well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The space was thoughtfully set up, and we really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained place to stay!

The house worked perfectly for us. We were back in Indiana for a HS graduation and we could leave the dogs at the house. The back yard being fenced made it easy to let them out. Kim has a well stocked house with enough coffee for at least a few days, and snacks for that critical first night after a day of travel. The house was clean and exactly like her photos. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if needed.

Jessica's place was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. The house is on a quiet street and close to restaurants and parks. The entire place was very clean and comfortable as we felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and I liked having the smart TV's ready to use. I will stay here again when in the area.

I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

Derek’s place was perfect for our one-night stay in Indianapolis! The home was spacious, clean, and had so many modern touches that made it feel extra comfortable. The bathroom was definitely my favorite feature—luxurious, with a large walk-in shower that felt like a spa. My husband loved the bed and slept great. The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking, and we felt totally safe walking to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Derek was responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay here again!

This is a great place to stay in Indy! Broad Ripple represents the diverse, eclectic, walkable neighborhoods well. Although there is lots to do in the area to keep you busy, Butler Villa transformed into a peaceful, quiet place to rest at night. For the single traveler, you'll love the security and amenities! And the patio! Lovely space! I sat out and had coffee there in the morning almost everyday. It's a home away from home, with just about everything you need! Enjoy!

Good stay.

This place was even cuter than the photos. Great location, the AC worked great, super clean and comfy. Our teenager enjoyed listening to the record player. Would stay again if coming to Indy for a concert!

Michael’s place was perfect for our short getaway! Michael was very responsive and had the place ready for us early! He provided local recommendations for restaurants! The apartment looked just like the photos and was very clean. The neighborhood was cute

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay at Lystina's place. It was perfect for our little trip. Right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to so many things. For us it was a quick walk to catch an Indiana Fever game. The place was clean, comfortable, and the little balcony was a delight.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

My daughters and I had a great great little trip to Indy and felt right at home at Ginger's place. Very walkable to fun coffee shops, restaurants & the theatre (we were in town to see a show). Ginger was friendly and responsive and gave very clear instructions. The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious--we will definitely be back next time we're in Indy!

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
