Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Relax in Hanover. Everything you need is there. High-speed network with 500 Mbit, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium, cable TV, cooking facilities, washer-dryer (free washing and drying), very pleasant comfort shower, south balcony with lots of greenery. Even parking is easy to find. Otherwise 3 minutes' walk to railway line 9 (15 min to Kröpke). Nice restaurants nearby or in the famous Linden district (5 minutes by train). Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

The approx. 41 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The living room is furnished with a sofa. In the bedroom there is a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and a TV. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and includes an electric stove with oven, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, etc. The apartment has a new and modern bathroom. The apartment has recently been completely renovated. The walls were finished with anti-mold panels and plaster.

Welcome to our quiet yet centrally located attic apartment. Bothfeld is a very well equipped district in the north of Hanover. Supermarkets (Edeka, Penny) are within walking distance, and a bakery is on the street. The tram is about 5 minutes on foot. The trade fair is about 15 minutes away. Parking is possible in front of the house for free. Swisslife/HDI are about 5 minutes by car, the A2 / A7 / A37 highways are about 10 minutes away.
