The apartment is fully okay with a spacious living room and in the immediate vicinity of the Steinhuder Meer. Communication and key handover went smoothly. The staircase of the apartment building could be cleaner. Everything was okay in the apartment.

Nice place in a quiet location. Well-equipped, bright, spacious apartment on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance, a beautiful bathroom and with many books and board games. Everything you need is available: towels, linens, kitchen towels, oil, salt, pepper, paprika, shampoo, toilet paper, washing machine, washing powder, dishwasher. Close to playground and lake. Well suited for families with children and for nature lovers. The host is very friendly, easy to reach, gave us great tips. We can also arrive earlier. I can recommend the place.

Villa Ilse 2.0 is a beautiful house with charm and character, lovingly, stylishly and carefully renovated and offers a great view of the Weser. There are many different seating options for large and small conversation groups, our favorite place was the porch, where we met for the first coffee/tea before breakfast. The kitchen has top equipment in terms of electrical appliances and kitchen utensils, as a small cooking club with 6 people we did not miss anything. The outdoor grill had a full gas cylinder. Our contact Eckhard gave us a warm welcome and introduced the villa, including the history. We immediately felt welcome, also due to the loving details such as fresh flowers, small snacks, etc. During and after the stay, Eckhard was always available, simply incredible! It was a lovely time at the old lady's, THANK YOU for that.

Ines' accommodation is located in a huge residential complex directly on the Steinhuder Meer. Kindly, the host has put together a very detailed instruction, so you can easily find the apartment. Everything was very clean, the covered balcony is a great plus! Right in front of the building you have your own parking area. If you are traveling by public transport, you have a bus stop right outside the front door. The water is only a few minutes' walk away. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation, which despite its small size has everything you need.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Vanessa's! The apartment was very well furnished – it really lacked nothing and you can tell that attention to detail was paid here. The location is also great – well connected by traffic and yet quiet enough to relax. Vanessa herself was incredibly warm, accommodating and helpful at all times. You feel immediately welcome and in good hands. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back! Thank you, dear Vanessa! 🌟

The apartment is very nice, cozy and tastefully furnished and you will find everything you need there. In addition, everything was super clean. Janine was always available to us, responded quickly to our questions and had great tips for things to do nearby. I can 100% recommend the apartment! Thank you for the wonderful and relaxing stay!

Wonderful apartment, extremely functional and well decorated, in a convenient location, with all the necessary resources for a comfortable and safe stay. The photos and description give a partial idea of the grandeur of this home. Full kitchen, with all the necessary spices and a new, state-of-the-art stove/oven. Excellent bathrooms, direct sunlight in the morning and afternoon, clarity in all environments. Access by elevator, wonderful view with birds singing and squirrels jumping in the nearby trees. I highly recommend and congratulate Ben on the beautiful venture.

Communication was seamless. I arrived in Hanover about an hour later due to a missed connecting train, but my girlfriend, who was there before me, was able to take the key at the main station, as Ilya had an appointment nearby. The previous communication by phone was also completely relaxed and Ilya was very understanding when I explained to him that I will arrive in Hanover later than planned.

We had a very good time in Rinteln. Communication with the hosts was great and initial misunderstandings could also be quickly clarified. At first, it was not clear to us that it was not the full amount for 20 people, but an amount per person. This can therefore still vary. The house was then great, a lot of space, super furnished, we had everything we needed and more. Unfortunately, a neighbor does not seem to be really happy with the rental, who complained quite massively on a Saturday afternoon (without prior notice) when we played games in the garden. However, the hosts took this very seriously and are working to clarify the situation.

The stay was very pleasant, communication went smoothly. We had a great time and would come back anytime!

Beautiful stylish house with great property located by a stream. No unnecessary frills, but everything you need. We felt very comfortable. However, you should inquire whether an event is planned at the neighboring community square. The shooting festival on the last evening is only a stone's throw away, but you can't get to sleep before 3:00 am.

We booked the old mill for our family weekend with 6 adults, 2 infants and 3 dogs. We liked the accommodation very much, there was enough space to spend time together and also to retreat and read a book in peace. The surroundings are great if you are traveling with children or just want to have a break in nature. The hosts were super friendly and helpful so we had a great stay. We will be happy to come back! ♥️

Very nice, tasteful and thoughtful decor. High-quality and lavishly equipped kitchen. The house offers a lot of space and at the same time privacy with the spacious all-round garden. Beautiful open architecture with lots of floor-to-ceiling windows facing the garden. We felt very comfortable.

Great amenities and perfect house for a few days with friends by the lake:) However, the hot tub was not clean when we arrived and we might have wanted a grill lighter, Nevertheless, we had a very nice time

We stayed for an extended weekend with the family in Jan's beautiful house. He welcomed us in a friendly way, showed us the house and gave us information about the surroundings. He renovated the house himself and furnished it with an incredible love for detail. It's like a museum, there are little things to discover everywhere. A true paradise for art lovers! There are toys for young and old, endless space and the place around it is worth a walk. The bell tower right next door scares you the first time, but after that you hardly notice it. From the armchair, you can watch the storks, so that even bad weather in Jan's house is super bearable. We will be happy to come back, it was great.

Too bad time is gone so quickly:-) Thanks for the nice days with you - we felt absolutely welcome and comfortable! The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, the bed is super comfortable, the view towards Weser is uniquely beautiful and interesting books can also be found. In the well appointed kitchen, there is even enough space for supplies brought, which we have rarely experienced so far. Our dog was welcome, also at Café Sorgenfrei, which was open for 2 days. In addition to delicious cake, there were friendly and approachable conversations with the other guests - something very special, Dirk and Alois created it. Hiking and excursion tips were provided for free and some chats with depth as well. We will certainly be repeat offenders and are already looking forward to our next break with you!

Nice little apartment with balcony and with everything a woman needs. We (3 girlfriends) spent a few nice days here.

Sara's attic apartment is very cozy and tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchens. Beautiful residential area in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the Mittelland Canal. Sara is a very nice host who took great care of us.

A comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of an old farmhouse in the village of Vernawahlshausen, a short drive from Uslar. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is just under the roof of the farmhouse, so during hot sunny weather it can get quite hot in the apartment. I was there during the heatwave in July 2022, and (being Scottish) there were a couple of days when I found the heat uncomfortable. The hosts very kindly arranged for me to sleep in a spare bedroom on the ground floor of the farmhouse, which was much cooler. Many thanks. I would be very happy to stay in this apartment again if I return to this part of Germany. One other comment. If you're interested in cycling, a good off-road cycle path connects Vernawahlshausen with the very nice Weser Cycle Path. A trip to Hann. Münden is worthwhile, and I recommend the Ratsbrauhaus for lunch.
