Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right around. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.
