Located on the ground floor, it offers direct garden access for a relaxing stay. A public transport stop is just 180 m away, making it easy to reach any part of the city within 30 minutes.

This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Im Herzen von Fuhlsbüttel findet ihr in unserem Garten dieses hübsche Gästehaus. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Flughafen bietet das Appartement genügend Platz zum Wohlfühlen oder auch Arbeiten. Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

This apartment has everything one needs for a perfect stay in Hamburg. It's centrally located and well equipped. An occupancy of 2 adults + 1 children is ideal (2 children possible). The second bed is a bunk bed. The bottom is 1.20m x 2.00m and the top is 0.90 x 2.00m. The upper part is suitable for children aged 6-12.

We are very excited to present our apartment in Hamburg-Alsterdorf. It is located in a small, very well-kept family apartment building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a south-facing balcony, where you can also enjoy the evening sun. Various bus lines and U-/S-Bahn stations are in the immediate vicinity.
