Close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. 4 guest max. Boat launch 1/2 mile away, dock your boat on our EZ dock, also has 2 jet ski ports. Dock is usable usually b/n mid May to mid Sept. About an hour drive to Sevierville, Dollywood. Aqua color house with chain link fence. Only small to medium 25 pounds size pets would prefer only 1 animal. Update there is doors on bedrooms. There will be a pet fee. NO SNAKES!!
