Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hamblen County

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I’m originally from the area and there is no place like this one nearby. The pictures truly do not do it justice as it’s even better and bigger in person. The furnishings are all new and you can immediately notice that Stephanie cares about the place and wants her guests to feel relaxed and at home. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie, and her husband, in the local restaurants and they are both wonderful people working to help revitalize this historic downtown area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and I can’t wait to stay again when I come in to visit again.

Shawn is a phenomenal host. The place was impeccable. Fresh flowers, beautiful decor, ice cream/gelato in the freezer, espresso cued up... check-in and check-out were a breeze. Recommendations for eating out were provided and both he and his wife were accessible throughout out the stay. Not only will we go back but we will also explore the many options that Shawn offers with AIRBNB - especially the farm. If you in the area, you need to at least visit the farm. Thank you Shawn. It was an awesome stay. I look forward to our next one.

Very clean, nice home. All towels and bedding provided. The little things, as in small toiletries and snacks were an unexpected nice touch. The driveway was a bit steep and being gravel made it a little hard to get a small car up though. I would recommend it and stay there again. Great communication with the owner. All my questions were answered in a very short time. They even accommodated a special request I had.

We tried to book another unit, this unit was available last minute. The price was a tiny bit more then the 1st unit but we were totally happy. This was actually more affordable than many other units we looked at. The place was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Zero complaints !

The place was lovely and was very comfortable. Easy to find and just far enough out of town to avoid the crowds that can come with the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Very roomy and bed was comfortable but a bit small with it being a full size bed. Had everything we needed and easy parking. Only drawback we had and this is the first time ever was that the cleaning crew was extremely late and did not arrive until well after our check-in time (which we weren't aware of until arrival). They took about an hour to get it cleaned up. These things happen, I am sure. But the host or rather their hosting service (I believe) was non-responsive when we reached out to find out what was going on. We only received automated arrival and departure communications. Never got a call/message regarding the issue we had with cleaning. Ultimately it worked out just fine and we had a great stay.

The area where Pia’s retreat is is simply gorgeous. The views out the back windows are pastoral, peaceful and breathtaking. The apartment is pristine, with easy access and comfortable bed and couch. We stayed one night in order to do a wildflower hike to Kyle’s Ford Falls (insanely beautiful carpets of wildflowers right now) and to climb to Upper Elrod Falls, which is even more beautiful than the lower falls (dangerous climb though, with rope) We ate at Amis Mill Eatery, which was really tasty, and talked to the local historian and owner, Jake for a long time. Pia’s apartment has one below it, but the occupant was quiet. Do bring your own spices and oil if you cook in her gorgeous kitchen. Apartment was pristine, and we had a simply marvelous stay.

My family of four was very comfortable here. It was exactly what we needed as we had booked a fishing charter on Lake Cherokee. The immediate neighborhood was a little rough looking but once inside the house all you could see is the beautiful views of nature behind this home making it feel private and tranquil. The amenities here were far more than what you can get at a hotel for the same price, we definitely would book again!

In terms of Value, Lauren’s house is worth it. In my personal opinion and experience, AIRBNB fees have driven me away. Lauren’s is an exception because it’s a GREAT property but ALSO located close to our son and his family! For those reasons we’ll be back! Thank you Lauren for all that you do!

We loved the view and farm atmosphere.

Our stay was very comfortable. The view was awesome. The kitchen was well equipped. All TVs were in working order. The pool table was great fun for the kids. We really enjoyed our visit.

I really liked it. It seemed bigger than the picture which was great. The kids loved the game room. My grandkids want to live there. The only negative is that the bed in the master was a lot firmer than we are used to. But other than that it was great. We would definitely want to stay next time we are down Thanks Georgia.

Great views from the back of the house, overlooking the valley below, yet still just minutes away from restaurants and stores.

Fantastic place, it felt just like home. It had everything that we could possibly use. Great location, clean, comfortable. Super cute decoration. The host was super friendly very easy to communicate with and super flexible. We will stay there again for sure ❤️

First of all, the mix of exposed bricks and a more modern look was fantastic. Had everything you would need and more. Crap I forgot my ice cream in the freezer. That water pressure was amazing!!!

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

The location had amazing views of the mountains and the surrounding area making it relaxing and peaceful. Sitting on the deck with coffee and listening to the distant rooster, turkeys in a nearby field, cattle on a nearby hill and the spring sounds of various birds couldn’t be beat. The unit was away from the congested areas yet fairly close to restaurants, shopping and activities. It is a quiet neighborhood - conducive to restful and uninterrupted sleep. The unit was clean and well supplied and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding and blankets. Carol was very responsive to communication and provided nice restaurant suggestions. We would definitely recommend this rental! One thing to note is that the driveway and entrance is on an incline that may be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

Very clean and nice space. Just as the pictures showed. The communication with Victoria was top notch and she was always very helpful!!! Loved the extra touches like the Christmas tree and decorated for Christmas. Was an amazing place to stay and definitely would stay here again.
