Monthly Rentals in Halls

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

Omaris’s place is great! Nice neighborhood, close to everything, quick drive to downtown.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The only problem is that I haven't stayed here more often on my travels to Knoxville. This place is really as good as it gets, if you're looking for a modest studio style dwelling. Everything is new, clean, and extremely well thought out. The host has really thought of everything, and it's clear that she designed a place that she would want to stay in. I really can't say that about most airbnb's. Keep in mind that this is a basement space where the owner lives above. But in light of that, it's as private as you could imagine a space like this could be. There's a private driveway for you, and a private patio in the back with a divider. So you really don't notice much that this is a shared space. I've stayed in many placed in Knoxville, and this is the best one hands down.

Kat's place was a perfect spot for my parents who were visiting for the week of Easter. The surroundings are lovely (not to mention the dogwood trail in the neighborhood; springtime is seriously GORGEOUS) and private. The house is just on the other side of a very busy road (blocked by trees and shrubs so the road isn't visible), so there was a good bit of traffic noise outside, but it didn't disturb them during their stay. Everything inside was truly clean and comfortable. Kat's communication was helpful and timely! We would absolutely recommend Kat's place to anyone wanting to stay in this quaint side of Knoxville!
