Beautiful place but a bit overrated if you don’t use the amenities, be sure to read the description closely unlike me I was surprised with messages, talking about daily amenity fees, and mandatory valet parking fees. All staff is super friendly. It was a peaceful start

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s lovely condo. The panoramic views were amazing with balconies to enjoy the city sights.The location was excellent with many stores, restaurants and coffee shops close by. It was very close to Hollywood beach, walking parks, shopping malls and horse tracks.Getting into the building was a little tricky at first but once there I was comfortable and secure.Amanda was quick to respond to questions and concerns. There was laundry on the premises which was a must for our long term stay. I would highly recommend.

I stayed at Franks place for 3 months for a work assignment. It felt right at home and Frank was a great host! His place was great and even tho it was a shared house (private part of the house) I never heard him. Really convenient to have the washer and dryer in unit. 5 stars!

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.
