Great host & great place

Very big place plenty of room very beautiful very clean. We enjoyed our stay and they were very helpful.

Easter 2025 - great stay! Nicely remodeled, very comfortable and clean. Beds and couches were very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat as well - would be especially so in colder months. We enjoyed movie night in the game room overlooking the lake after our relaxing hot tub massage, caught a 4-5-lb catfish off the dock, and got some really cool pictures of the family w/trees & lake in the background. They are still building up basic kitchen supplies, but it should be noted that Cody was extremely responsive and accommodating!! I knew I was planning to cook meals so asked in advance and simply brought anything else I needed. Amenities should be edited to read “Keurig” rather than coffee pot 😊. Also, not pictured in the listing, the home does have a dining table for four people. We needed more seating, so we brought an extra card table and four chairs. I would definitely recommend Cody ’s place, and hope to stay here again next time we visit our Louisiana family. Thanks Cody! *****

Our recent stay at Grant’s and Lauren’s properties exceeded expectations from start to finish. Instructions were extremely clear, and easily followed. We were immediately and repeatedly checked on to make sure we were pleased with our experience. The properties were well furnished down to the smallest details that are so important (clean, comfortable bedding and pillows, HOT shower, excellent climate control, etc.,). We felt perfectly safe walking around the beautiful neighborhood, and enjoyed visiting several places recommended on the check in instructions. When we needed to extend the stay a day, they graciously worked with us to make that possible. I honestly cannot think of anything that could be improved upon…Grant and Lauren should probably teach a class on “hosting”:)
