Anastasia is an amazing host and the apartment was right where she said is going to be, 2 meters away from the sea! It has a beatiful balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and look at the sea!

We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

We stayed for one week in june. Good location, next tho the beach, a good pastry shop, many market and a easy walking distance for all the town’s services. The flat was super clean, very warm shower, confy beds, everything in good condictions. We enjoyed a lot to stay in this apartment and surely would come back again next time. Good value for money. Great location in Nea Skioni. Very close to restaurants/shops. Free parking just across the road. Good view from the shared balcony. Can be a bit noisy when sleeping - especially at the weekend. Air conditioning was good.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Communication was seamless and he host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Kosta

Personally we would go back to this AIRBNB, it was super clean in a good location and it was very quiet!!!

All in all, Vasilis' place is a heavenly place. The apartment is quietly located, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was the total adventure place for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thank you Vasilis, we will be back!

The location was very good, ideal for walking around the center of Thessaloniki. Close to the paid parking lot. Overall, the residence was sufficient. I recommend it, if I come again I can stay here again

We spent a magnificent holiday in Argiri's accommodation until the end of September2024. With weather luck still late summer🏖️☀️☀️ Located right on the sea, the property is directly connected to the beach by a staircase. With quiet sea, the nearby coves can be explored with the 2-person kayak😃. It is a central base for exploring the Halkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments away from mass tourism. About 15 min. from Nikiti.

Amazing apartment at a great location. The beach is in 10 meters and everything you need is at walkable distance. The apartment itself is even bigger in person than in the pictures. :) Alex was very kind and responsive!
