The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took great care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

A lovely place to stay! Its very close to a sandy beach and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The house is very cosy and has all the amenities you need. Barbara is very helpful indeed and was always on hand if I had any questions. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. There are some amazing beaches to explore on this peninsula. Highly recommended!

The house is very cosy and has all you need + more. The beach is fantastic and private, the water is crystal clear and the area is perfect for snorkeling. The terraces are facing in all directions and you can always find a place with sun or shadow. I can truly recommend staying at Nikos family house.

Beautiful apartment close to the sea. The check-in was personal and very warm. The communication was very quick and helpful. It's great that the apartment has good baby/children's equipment, great sand toys, a good washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a kayak. The bedrooms have windows to the hallway or to the living area. When cars park in front of the fence, you see the sea less. The beach consists of fine sand, then small stones. Bathing shoes are useful. Depending on the day and time, there are sometimes more, sometimes less waves, seaweed or algae. We felt comfortable in the apartment with our two small children.

Kritamon Apartment in Neos Marmaras – highly recommended! The apartment is very clean, modern, and newly furnished – truly a place to feel comfortable. We were completely satisfied! The host was extremely friendly and responded to all our questions within minutes. This is exactly how a perfect stay should be. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Vasiliki’s beautiful house. It had everything we needed to feel like home. Every morning we were waking up to a breathtaking view and the rest of the day was well spent on the private beach area that is just 5-10 minutes away through the pines. Vasiliki is an incredibly responsive, welcoming and a charming host that made us feel right at home. Looking forward to more summer holidays spent at this wonderful place!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

In addition to the perfect location and the great house, the fast and helpful communication with Emma was absolutely exemplary. Emma is a great hostess. We always felt comfortable and welcome. We once asked for more dish towels and small bowls. Within 15 minutes, these were brought to us. THANK YOU FOR THE TIME.

Great comfort appartment

Great apartment with all the things you need and more. The hosts were responsive and easy to comunicate. We had a great time during our stay here!

We had a great stay, a couple with our 5-month-old baby. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and even nicer than in the photos. Sissy provided a comfortable baby crib, and communication with her was easy and pleasant. The location is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach and the lovely town of Siviri just a short walk away. There’s also a big supermarket a few minutes’ drive away, and parking was always easy. The view from the balcony is stunning. It’s about 50 easy steps down to the sea, or a slightly steep but doable path if you have a stroller. Sissy gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and helpful local tips. The balcony is next to another house, but the neighbors were quiet and it didn’t bother us. In the afternoons the sun can warm up the apartment, but there are ceiling fans in every room, and a new A/C is being installed. We felt at home and would love to come back!

The apartment is comfortable to stay in, clean, with all the necessary appliances. I would especially like to point out that there were baths, shampoos, cold water in the fridge, coffee and the like in the apartment. Accessibility and proximity to all attractions. One of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday in Sarti was this wonderful accommodation. Hosts Stratos and Martina welcomed us warmly. Stratos gave very valuable suggestions not only about the house, but also about what can be done in the neighborhood. We got to know the area much better thanks to his advice on beaches, restaurants and places to visit. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything is modern and useful as it was renovated 3 years ago. Ideal size especially for two people; both practical and aesthetic. The air conditioning was strong, the kitchen was equipped, the bathroom was hygienic. The balcony was very pleasant for coffee or rest. Excellent location; within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. It's on a quiet street and there's no parking problem. We parked our car right in front of the house. We felt like we were at home. This accommodation has become unforgettable with both the quality of the house and the attention of the hosts. Thank you very much to Stratos and Martina! 💙🇬🇷

I liked the studio - it was perfect for a solo traveller! I absolutely loved the balcony - was super nice to have a morning coffee/evening gyros. The area where the apartment is located looked at once a bit suspicious, especially when I arrived at midnight but later I realised it’s quite safe there! And many bakeries and coffee places nearby. The proximity to a supermarket was also a good thing. Finally, I appreciated the guidebook in the apartment, it contained all the most important information for a guest.

The apartment was absolutely mega 😇 we would always come back, the landlady was also very sweet, she always helped us with everything immediately if we had questions. Absolute recommendation!
