This ground floor, one bedroom apartment features a kitchen, separate entrance, and driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. Small two piece bathroom and small shower (similar in size to what you would find in a camping trailer) as well, all within the unit. Couch in living room also pulls out for an extra sleeping space. Overall a great place to stay. Clean, Serene and spacious. Went in November so didn't go out in the water, but was beautiful. Only downsides were the last bit of drive takes a bit of a brave driver and we had to take a bit of a run up on the one section to get out with our van. My other point would be if you are a frequent nighttime bathroom user, it's a decent walk down the stairs to get there. Family enjoyed catching up in the place and loved the location overall.

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect distance from city. 1.5 hrs to peaceful silence. We especially liked the screened in porch. It was chilly while we were there so after days of sitting by the fire and lawn games we we'd sit in the porch with the fire table going. The kitchen was huge and stocked with all the utensils and cooking ware necessary. We will all definitely recommend Tim's cottage. Thank you.

The place was in a beautiful location right on the water. The host was great with communication and very helpful with all my questions. Great location if you wanna go 4 wheeling. Super easy to get to and easy access. Lots of space and lots of beds. The chairs in the dining room and the old furniture was really beautiful. I'd recommend this location to friends who are looking for a great place to stay.

We originally booked this location as a centrally hub for all of the places and things we wanted to do during our long weekend stay - Algonquin to the west, Ottawa to the east, Chutes Coulonge Park to the north in Quebec, and the Bonnechere Caves locally. Not only did this location satisfy this but, upon arrival, we quickly knew it would be so much more than just a resting place! Kath's place was peaceful and quiet, situated on a beautiful lake with lots of activities to do even if you aren't venturing out. She has seemingly thought of everything as there was nothing we were ever lacking during our stay. Kath herself was very proactive in her communications, responsive to any questions before and during, and overall just such a lovely person! We would absolutely recommend this location to others looking to explore the area or as a serene getaway!
