Excellent service, a very comfortable house near downtown, and it's a very quiet and safe condominium

What a fantastic beach house! 8 nights wasn't enough so we must return!! Daniel is a great host who truly cares about his properties. The beds were comfortable with nice clean linens. We had plenty of space to put our belongings and felt right at home. Showers are hot with awesome water pressure. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed for the meals we cooked. The air conditioning worked really well, but we used it sparingly and mainly just in the bedrooms for sleeping. The cross breeze coming through the screen doors was perfect, as was the tranquil sound of birds chirping. We had our laundry done on-site by Olivia for a small fee. Our family enjoyed swimming in the ocean every day. It's very private with very few other people. Seashells galore, incredible weather, and beautiful sunsets made for the best beach vacation. We created fun family games to play with coconuts and were delighted to find live starfish, ghost crabs, and sea cucumbers!

We enjoyed this airbnb for 2 months with a few friends and family. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. A lots of birds, it sounds tropical. The pool is huge and deep enough I needed to be on my tiptoes and I'm 5 foot 2. Furniture is comfortable and the space is plenty big to play games and get some time to yourself. It feels very safe. The hosts answer questions, but doesn't frequently check in which is nice. The pool cleaners come on Thursdays and are fast and super friendly. For it being in the country, the mosquitoes were very occasional. The only time the bugs were a challenge was if the grass got long. Chalmuch is a great get away as it's only really 10 mins to be back in the busy Mérida vibe, but you get the peace. Thanks for the stay.

Although our stay was short, we really enjoyed the space, the tranquility and the proximity to the sea, less than 10 meters away. My favorite spot, the raised palapa with hammocks, the view is spectacular and ideal for relaxing and resting.
