Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. You rent a lovingly furnished small duplex apartment (about 30 square meters) near Freising (~8 min) and the airport (~15 min). On the first floor are your own shower room and a storage room. A spiral staircase leads to the cozy attic. Here are the living-sleeping area under slopes with TV and the integrated small kitchenette with oven and induction cooktop. For clothes, there is a chest of drawers upstairs and a small closet with hangers downstairs.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
