The house is wonderfully idyllic, located right on the water. It was very quiet during the day and at night. Apartment very modern, everything very clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds very comfortable, washing machine in the apartment at your leisure.... I can't describe any negative things, our stay was perfect throughout. We will be happy to come back!

Great and hassle-free for a few days and nights in Linz, easily accessible by bus. Proximity to the train station and center.

We booked the place to try cross-country skiing in Bretterschachten. The ski bus was within walking distance. The apartment itself was very nicely renovated and sparkling clean. The kitchen equipment, especially the dishes and appliances, were superbly good and new. The possibility to dry shoes and clothes in the separate basement room was also very practical. We immediately felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the apartment.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Absolutely recommended if you want to spend some days in Cesky Krumlov.

Radek’s place was very good, large, clean with all necessary amenities plus Wifi works well. There are few self contained apartments within the large villa located on the hill above the town centre. It is approx 8 minutes drive to get there and a free parking is available at the premises. We have enjoyed staying at Radek’s Villa and would certainly recommend to stay there to anyone preferably with own vehicle.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and jacuzzi and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav answered every question quickly in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as an extended family. For the most necessary food, there was a supermarket in the next village (24/7) and due to the proximity to Austria we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We will be happy to come back ... pure relaxation!

From the first contact to the stay itself, we noticed an excellent level of communication that assured us we were in the right place. The welcome was very warm and personal, with the entire space being thoroughly introduced to us upon arrival, which added to the feeling of well-being even more. The place itself is above standard – every detail was thoughtful and everything was equipped with the utmost care. Modern, fully equipped and new facilities create a warm and comfortable environment that guarantees a carefree stay.

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. We had a great time at Evelyn's. The apartment is super furnished and cozy, we felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and Evelyn a perfect host. When we had something to complain about, she immediately took care of it and also did her very best to get the strong smell out of the kitchen that the previous tenants had left behind. She was always super easy to reach, very friendly and thorough. Thank you for the wonderful time and we are happy to recommend the accommodation!

Cozy studio apartment, nicely decorated and with a well equipped kitchen, at a peaceful place on the edge of the village.

Everything tip top and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, large kitchen - perfectly equipped. Friendly communication and best description of all devices. Good recommendations for Burghausen! For older people a small note: only one, but steep staircase with narrow steps and raised dining table with bar stools. The old town is a good 30 minutes downhill on foot, and the castle is a good 10 minutes away.

We liked it in Jenny's apartment and felt very comfortable there. We also liked the area very much, as there were some hikes that you could start right outside the front door.

Very friendly hostess for an excellent place to stay in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. From a super kitchen, to a nice large bathroom, very good beds, plenty of space in all rooms and a nice large balcony, this super clean apartment is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
