The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of rest and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar holiday region, but the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are also not far away.

The apartment was recently refurbished and fully equipped with high-quality carpenter's furniture. The beautiful Landshut Old Town can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the centre leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar River or simply over the Isar Bridge.
