My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

The lovingly furnished apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with glass sliding door to the 40 sqm south-facing balcony with loungers and lounge. One large bedroom with double bed, another room with French bed (140 cm wide) + a sofa bed make the apartment perfect for families. The lake shore is only about a 3-minute walk away. A carport for bicycles is available. The parking space is right in front of the house.
