Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Good starting point for mountain hikes, short walking distance to the sea with beach, floating sauna (must be rented), fishing spots, boat rental, concert hall and city center with shops and eateries. In the city center there are also bus connections both north and south on the E39 and daily speedboats to Rosendal and Bergen/Flesland. The apartment has a separate entrance, parking space right outside, porch and disposable patio.

Apartment of about 80sqm by Lekvenvågen. Bedroom 1, small double bed of 120. Bedroom 2, single bed of 90. Bedroom 3, day bed that can be pulled out to 180. Small laundryroom. Porch with a outside dining table for 4. Bus stop a little less then a 10min walk. Airport is 20min by car, 45min by public transport depending on traffic. You have to change from light rail to bus at the shopping center, Lagunen, but they're right next to each other. Bergen City centre 25min by car, 50 by bus.

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.

Everything was great. If someone arrives from Germany, it should be noted that the 1st floor is the ground floor. Everything else was great. It's quite remote but for the one night in transit it was a great option. Thank you.

So Hygge. We truly loved our stay at Sissel and Jarle’s little cottage. They welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the property . The cottage was cosy and so well stocked with tea coffee amenities and everything we needed feel comfortable and relaxed. We had two sunny days out of the 4 and could spend our time by the private beach and walking around the pine forest. Close to famous Hardangerfjord and trolltunga. Really special memories of our stay here. Thank you sissel and Jarle.

The view is like a postcard, the hosts are service minded. Our children are super happy with the trampoline, the playhouse and private guidance to the other playgrounds. Very clean and everything you need is in the apartment. Easy check-in and a super + that we were able to check in earlier. This accommodation is more luxurious than a hotel with children!
