Country house with sauna & wilderness bath incl. consumption

We had a great stay at Henrik's farmhouse. The location is quiet and close to the beach and offers all the essentials. The hot tub and sauna are great and we also booked the activity room, which was a favourite among the kids. Communication with Henrik was fast and easy. Definitely recommended.

The place is very well equipped, we didn't really miss anything. The two refrigerators are great, especially if you want to chill some drinks. The place is as described. The location is in a kind of small settlement that was very quiet in October. It requires a car for shopping and such, but the beach is within walking distance in a few minutes. Everything was very clean and tidy. Really great place to stay!

A wooden dock extends into calm waters, offering a space for relaxation with a single white chair positioned at the end. Clear blue skies stretch overhead, enhancing the serene and open atmosphere of the area.

Delightful cottage by the beach

Lene & Ivan's Summer Home is exactly that - a home, and you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The check-in was seamless and easy. The large double bed is unbelievably comfortable, my fiance and I both slept well both nights. The bed linens are cozy and warm. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you could need. The coffee and tea are a very nice touch as well. The sauna was so relaxing and such a nice way to spend the evening. We built a fire in the fireplace in the home and cuddled on the couch watching a film. It was really such a nice place to stay. The fact that it's very isolated also made for a quiet, tranquil and peaceful getaway. It's a romantic and lived in home, one for creating unforgettable memories. We can't wait for a chance to come back during the summer and experience the beach with excellent weather! It was sunny the whole time we were in Ørby but too cold to swim. Lene is very responsive and helpful, everything a host should be! Thank you!

Enjoy the silence (old school, large apartment)

We (2 people + 2 dogs) stayed with Beate and Sven for 1 week. The apartment is large, nostalgically furnished with a sense of detail and everything necessary is available. We enjoyed the silence, the hiking opportunities and the large garden very much. Beate and Sven are very nice hosts and always easily accessible. Glad to come back :)

A very nice place to stay that captures everything you need for a stay with its size. The accommodation is very well equipped. The path to the sea is short, it's quiet. Unfortunately, the way to the nearest (good) baker is quite far. A darkening of the bedrooms would be desirable. A revision of the shower could be considered (so you can save yourself the permanent wiping of the floor). I don't find the separate and additional billing of electricity, water, heating costs at the (in my opinion quite high) rental price. But all in all, I would recommend this place.

The house is very nice: cozy and individual. You can see and feel that the owners have also used it for yourself; the love is present. Wonderful for us was that you were immediately on the beach through the open garden. And then quickly enter the warm house (underfloor heating) with bathing cold feet: <3 Small tip: in the living room and on the terrace there are two hooks, here a swing / hammock can be hung. We borrowed something from the neighbors.

We gad a nice stay. The location is perfect, it is not far from the sea, so we went to dine and watch the sunset on the seaside. Though the owner did not respond to our messages during the stay, but i hope this was temporarily due to short staff. I was missing few features - for example could not find one tv remote, Play station cosole did not had any game cd's so it is worthless, and i could not connect to my netflix on the TV because owner has it locked on his own account which you cannot watch because it prompts password. Anyway i'd say it was worth it, we had a good time.

We had a wonderful three nights at this cottage and although the internet wasn't working on the first night, the local Dancenter office resolved the issue straight away. Although it was out of season, we loved the beach and the Fjord and spent three days exploring towns nearby. The house is comfortable and good value, although the electricity costs were high. The staff at the Dancenter were really helpful and gave us great information and tips about the area. Communication with the booking office was also first class.

Our stay in Victoria's appartment was simply great. We stayed for new year's 2023 and were hoping to spend two quiet nights away from the big fireworks. The view on the beach is really amazing, what a view to wake up to! The flat is easy to find, self-checkin was seamless and we found the place and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We slept in the bed in the small bedroom and found it good for two nights. A small Spar supermarket is closeby in case you need to buy anything. The beach is just outside and we took some nice walks there. It is good to bring rubber/waterproof shoes. During our stay, the outdoor and indoor pool were closed due to renovations, but we were able to make use of the sauna which was really great! There are two small saunas in the building where you can find the indoor pool. Communication with Victoria was simply great. Overall, I can highly recommend this place, I think it is perfect for two people. I can imagine it might be more crowded in summer.

We had very nice days in Jens's apartment. 😊 Especially the private sauna was a treat on cold autumn days. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely summer house with sea view

Super location with sea view and large garden, beautiful decor especially the super equipped kitchen with very nice dishes as well as sufficient pots and pans. Unfortunately, the sauna and the hot tub were not so pleasant. Unfortunately, the sauna was quite dirty, the light bulb was defective (we replaced it), there was no window in the door, and there was no thermometer or hourglass in the sauna. The hot tub or the faucet and the nozzles were calcified and the water pressure was very low and as soon as you turned on the water, it stank terribly from the faucet like a cesspool. For these reasons, we unfortunately did not use the hot tub and it would certainly have taken 2 hours to fill the tub with water. Kitchen, living room and bedroom were OK. Wi-Fi reception, the big TV and the oven were great. Overall, a cozy house with large terrace and large garden. The sauna and hot tub need to be refurbished.
