Electricity and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay. You can do the cleaning yourself and leave the house as received or purchase it for DKK 750.

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not large, but nice with the possibility of, among other things, barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. There is rarely noise from my neighbors, even though we live close. Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.

Good swimming opportunities by the beach as well as beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 minutes to the city of Haderslev with shopping and commerce. The house was built in 2016 - brand new with a lovely decor as seen in the pictures.

Stay in a charming old farm from the 1700s. In its heyday, the farm belonged to the King's riding bailiff and was one of the largest farms in the area, which the living room and breeding buildings still bear the mark of. The house is old and the decor is chosen with respect for history and with a significant part of the family's furniture.
