This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Když jsme v roce 2020 objevili toto kouzelné místo, v Bystřici u Včelákova na úpatí Železných hor v CHKO, věděli jsme, že se o něj chceme podělit a předat jeho energii dalším lidem. Z jedné strany les, z druhé rybník, čistá příroda, klid a čerstvý vzduch.. Postavili jsme zde 2 chaty, které mají oddělené příjezdy, proto se vzájemně nebudete vůbec rušit. A kdo jsme my? The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
