Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Paradise in Green Free Street Parking

Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. We offer here our completely newly renovated, stylish Munich 2-room apartment (56 sqm) as accommodation. It is located in Bogenhausen, about 2 km from the center. Great connection via public transport. Nearest subway and S-Bahn station is 100m away, bus stop is right outside the front door. Shops in the immediate vicinity. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment.
