Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ha Long Natural heritage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is in hills of Haiphong and it was great. The house itself is gorgeous and clean and has all amenities needed for cooking for yourself. It also has a great little pool and nice outdoor areas. Location-wise, the home was a 15 min walk from the town however it's at the top of a very steep hill, meaning walking to the town was fine, but we got Grabs back up afterwards. It was difficult to get Grabs to pick us up from our airbnb, maybe because it's on a new estate and so the taxi drivers were unfamiliar with the area. Haiphong is not very touristy & thus there weren't many available Grabs, even in the town. One trick we found was to go to the FLC hotel that is a 5 min walk away and order a taxi through their concierge. We also went to the rooftop bar there which was stunning. The area is quite the ghost town and even though the huge FLC hotel is right next door, we barely saw any tourists. Overall though, it was exactly what we needed/wanted!

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is, if anything, a little bit better than advertised and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Ha Long between recommending things to do locally, organising taxis and much more. I would highly recommend people to stay here - especially big groups!

Amazing place

excellent location and service!

This is a great places to stay if you are in halong bay. Thinh is not here, but his father is a very great person. Thinh father even guide me to my race run places, and if you like, you could contact the host to rent you a bike when you're here.

Wir haben uns schnell wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut, man hat einen Straßen-Markt um die Ecke und paar Restaurants. Sehr praktisch war der Supermarkt im Gebäude selbst. Das einzige was schade ist, dass die Waschmaschine nur mit kalten Wasser funktioniert. Auch putzen muss man selber. Man kann sowohl eine raumreinigung als auch eine Wäscheservice dazu buchen. Das Fitnessstudio war nicht im Preis inklusive und leider auch teuerer als angeben. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und blieben 5 Wochen. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf die ha Long bay!

Wir hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Halong Bay und alle nötigen Einrichtungen (Mini-Markt, Restaurants, ATM) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem ist es sehr leicht in der Gegend ein Taxi zu bekommen (über GRAB). Als wir aufgrund von sich ändernden Plänen unseren Aufenthalt verkürzen mussten, war das kein Problem, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren!

Very nice apartment in a former five star hotel. Great view. Lots to do at a walking distance. Great host.

The host was wonderful , responsive and helpful. We had a great stay, the apartment was very close to all the major markets.

Phuong is a great host, very nice and helpful. We had and issue and she responded immediately, I really appreciated that. The apartment is nice, fully equipped if someone wants to stay long term. Beautiful view.

The room is VERY nice with a beautiful glass window for a great view. Foam was helpful and even arranged a car back to the airport for us. Thank you for everything.

Basically 5 star hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty horrible cooking but besides that everything is super nice at this place. The whole building is luxurious and pretty new

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Провели прекрасный месяц в этом жилье. Все понравилось! Вокруг много магазинов со всем необходимым и много ресторанов. Найти такси не составляет труда. Квартира прекрасно подходит для удаленной работы. Есть как минимум один рабочий стол, который можно занять ноутбуком, еще сверхскоростной интернет. Из окон прекрасный вид на бухту, скалы тоже видно. Хозяйка заботливо предупредила о том, что большинство магазинов будут закрыты в период празднования Нового года, так что у нас была возможность закупить продукты заранее. Спасибо Giang за гостеприимство ❤️

we had a wonderful stay in Trangs apartment. the view is amazing, and the apartment has a lot of space. check in was very easy and Trang is very kind. she organised us a very cool boat tour! the apartment wasn't super clean, but I just sweeped it in the beginning of our stay ones and then it was perfect. I can definitely recommend a stay here! :)

Mieszkanie było czyste i zgodne z opisem. Widok z balkonu był super. Budynek znajduje się z dala od centrum, w okolicy przeważnie pustych budynków. Dlatego w bliskiej odległości jest mało sklepów i restauracji. Dla osoby, która ceni sobie spokój i ciszę, polecam to miejsce. Hue Nguyen była bardzo pomocna i dopytywała się, czy wszystko było w porządku! Polecam zatrzymać się w apartamencie Hue Nguyen!
