Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ha Long Natural heritage

We had a fantastic holiday at Hien's lovely property. Our trip was an international family get together rather than sightseeing holiday and the location was ideal for us. We had young kids with us so the local park and pool were really handy as well is the nearby beach. Hien was very helpful with organising the boat trip and local restaurant suggestions. Both sets of grandparents had a lovely time and the spacious property gave us lots of opportunity to spend quality time together. I would highly recommend the property and have no doubt that Hien is indeed a superhost! Thank you Hien for making our holiday so special :)

Great Place Halong City doesn’t have much to offer—there aren’t many attractions, and the beach isn’t very appealing. That said, this building is probably the best option in the area. It’s right by the sea, with restaurants and a convenience store in the building, which was super convenient. The WiFi was good, and it was comfortable to work from there. The lobby is great and also very work-friendly. Important to note: the gym and pool cost extra. We weren’t even allowed to look at the pool without paying, which was a bit disappointing. The staff was friendly, and the host helped us with everything we needed.

My friends and we stayed at this place for one night and this honestly was one of the best accommodation experiences in Asia in my life. Everything was so nice. The house is awesome! It feels like home. All rooms were clean and Jay prepared everything what we needed. Also he was open for our special requests, but we didn’t have one. Highly recommend this place in Ha Long! There are also many restaurants around, you can walk there - the surroundings are beautiful as well. Thank you Jay for this beautiful place!

I had a wonderful stay at this modern and spotless apartment. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the location made it the perfect place to relax. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with luggage after check-out. It was a truly memorable experience, and I’ll definitely come back in the future!

Honestly, the best Airb&b in Vietnam so far. Minh the host was very respectful and responsive. She went beyond expectations and deserves 6 stars! We managed to check in early and late, due to travel restrictions. Replied to every messages within 5 minutes and was lovely to interact with. The views are amazing, the hotel is beautiful, professional and laid back. Sad to leave! Enjoy your stay here it’s worth it ❤️

First, this was not our first HaLong Bay cruise. But it was by far the best. From the arrangement of transportation from Hanoi to the greeting at the pier by Loi to the food (!!!), it was an amazing 3 days. Our captain and his assistant Tuan went far out of their way to make the trip as interesting, comfortable and beautiful as possible. They prepared simple but incredible seafood dishes three times a day…grilled oysters, squid, clams steamed in wine (!!!!) and a delicious sea bass we procured from a fish farm floating on the bay. There was plenty of beer and soft drinks on board, and we were fully in control of our itinerary. Start to finish, a professional, warm and overwhelmingly friendly experience. I wouldn’t do another cruise with anyone else. Period.

I've stayed in many Airbnbs, but this stands out as one of the best. Kevin and Anna are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is decorated to a high standard and looks better than it does in the photos. The view from the 38 floor panoramic window is sublime. Kevin offered to organise a scooter and also a Halong bay 2 day cruise. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do either but if I ever go back to Halong Bay, I will definitely try to book again with Kevin and Anna. I highly recommend both them and their accommodation.

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Huyen's condo was very clean with lots of space. The huge bathroom has a tub as well as a shower. The view is extraordinary. The bed was luxuriously comfortable and there were even robes in the closet. Huyen was very communicative and helpful. She helped us arrange a ride back to Hanoi, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. We'd definitely stay again.
