The space
Nestled at the end of one of Spello’s famous laneways leading off the main road Via Giulia, the house is tranquil and inviting, while still being conveniently located close to the centre of town.
Amici e Famiglia is recently renovated providing modern conveniences. You’ll love our CENTRAL HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING in all bedrooms and living areas, COFFEE MACHINE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE, WASHER/DRYER, two SMART TVs and WIFI. All bedrooms have USB plugs for your cables so no need to bring multiple adaptors.
There is use of a large terrace (shared with the 2 bedroom apartment downstairs, Il Muretto) with plenty of seating and uninterrupted views.
ENTRANCE HALL
A spacious entrance hall provides a chair to take off your boots in winter and there’s plenty of space to hang coats and bags, so you can leave the living room uncluttered.
A small outside area provides seating for two while you enjoy your morning coffee.
OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Comfortable sofas and a cosy armchair set the scene. Make use of our 110cm Smart TV (with Netflix included) or sit at our extendable dining table and enjoy the view of the valley below. Our kitchen has a large fridge with the basics to start your holiday and is complete with gas stove, microwave, coffee machine and dish washer.
The huge living space is perfect for groups to comfortably commune, eat, relax or play games.
BEDROOM 1
A spacious room with plenty of wardrobe space, it is equipped with a queen size bed, and boasts magnificent uninterrupted views of the Umbrian valley from its large window. Snuggle in the armchair with a good book on rainy days.b
BEDROOM 2
Features queen size bed and like all our bedrooms, it has magnificent views of the valley from its large window. A wardrobe and safe provide room to stow your belongings.
BEDROOM 3
Separated from the other rooms of the house by a corridor, this bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom for complete privacy, a queen size bed, wall mounted 85cm Smart TV (with Netflix included) and, of course, magnificent uninterrupted views. Includes a wardrobe with hanging space and bedside drawers for storage.
MAIN BATHROOM
Split into 3 separate rooms, the large bathroom provides for maximum usability as there’s access to the toilet and basin while other family members bathe or shower. Heated towel rails contribute to the inviting feeling of these rooms and practical details such as two hand basins with overhead lights add to the convenience. Our large bathtub with overhead shower is a bonus for families with small children.
A washer/dryer is installed here.
Guest access
Free parking is a short walk from the property.
Whilst it is just a 10 minute walk to the main piazza and many beautiful restaurants on the doorstep, it is a very quiet and private space. You do not need a car to enjoy all that Spello and the surrounds have to offer.
You may stop and drop off your luggage in Piazza Antonino Gramsci, but may not park there.
Other things to note
Tourist tax:
Since 1 June 2023, the municipality of Spello has imposed a tourist tax; whose daily amount is 2.50 euros per person for the first 3 days.
