Other things to note
Please note that guests must provide digital copies of their passports at least 3 days before the check-in date. We also require the estimated arrival time.
For same-day or last-minute bookings, we kindly ask for at least 1 hour lead time to prepare the backend.
⚠️ Important: In this building, check-in is only possible once all guests have been pre-registered with their passports in advance. Furthermore we need at least one valid Email address for our keyless system of the door. Without these steps, access to the building cannot be granted.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Later check-outs or earlier check ins are subject to availability, must be discussed and confirmed in advance. Fees therefore are calculated individually, depending on the requested time and the additional arrangements required.
The property is intended for residential use only; no commercial activities are permitted.
Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out. Lost or damaged cards will incur a replacement fee of AED 350 per card.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3000 for odor removal. Depending on the condition of the apartment, additional charges may apply for duct cleaning, sanitization, and furniture cleaning.
